I see them both as positives. Airdrops are just a great way to go ahead and get the specified crypto into the hands of the community and I feel that bounties give a sense of value for working for said crypto.

I have participated in several and none have seen gains since then, most are responsible for sending you junk mail which is a bit irritating, in my case I lost the hopes in the airdrops.

It's only by intense reading and following a particular  bounty program closely that you can decipher  which bounty is legit  or not. Check their white paper, website etc  frequently. You may contact devs  and ask them a few questions.  Through these steps I think you can find the useful bounties and participate. It's tedious but worth the time.

Bounties are very helpful both to the bounty hunter and the project itself. Starters in the cryptocurrency world get something little from promoting this project and in turn use the money to make investments. Airdrop is like a fair way of distributing coins for us all and it is helpful for popularity and acceptance by the large community.

well if its about having my chance on some airdrop or bounties than yes i do with a great interest and i have found many to be scam but the few which came in my life in a sudden and just gave me everything i joined few airdrops which really proved much profitable for me they gave me the coins as well as the tokens which than valued in the market more than my expectations so airdrops and bounties are sometime best when they are real not just scams

Are Airdrops and Bounties really leading to a successful coin? There are so many out there this time.
Or are they mostly shitcoins, disappear or using your emails for phishing?
Have you ever participate to one with high profit? How long was wait for that?
I think most of them are just bullshit and time wasting and not worth putting some effort in.
Most of bounties ICO is a good time to earn money and recommend you to join if you like too but first studying their platform would be great to work for. In airdrop, I don't really like it because some it was not good too but the fact is that's totally free.

Most shit coins are came from airdrops, and only few of them was found in the bounties. Because majority of the bounty now are quite good and improved so far. And I never join any of it in airdrops.

I think both are very beneficial because they spread the word and reward evangelists. But with the sec rulings, a lot of ico's have had to cancel their bounties and airdrops.

A good one I'm a part of is Polymath's. They're going to be announcing theirs soon. https://t.me/polymathnetwork

Seems like every new coin has airdrop and bounties. But also a lot of new coins are just clones with no new features or any other development. Why bother wasting time on them. If it's a good coin with potential though, then why not? It's basically free money right.

One thing I would never do though is pay real money for an ICO. Basically flushing money down the toilet.

Not all airdrops and bounties are usefull with their own tokens , most of the airdtops tokens are shits and also in bounty tokens are scams. Their are lots of airdrops that i participated but few of them are successful and have a high value for profits. And i also participated in bounties that their tokens are usefull.

To say the least, you are correct. But there are some airdrops and bounties that gave me some profit too, like eBTC  and PRL. It's really up to you to research about the project that you are getting interested into.

An airdrop is a sort of marketing strategy. It attracts investors by giving away free coins/tokens. Bounties are much more relevant and has the greatest impact on a coin's popularity and growth because it is advertised to almost all social media. Both have purposes but I don't think airdrops causes too much significance. It is like throwing away coins.

They are both useful because it's a guarantee that the people who will receive those coins will shill it on exchange sites, social media and on this forum. They can help a lot on exposing the coin and gain popularity that leads to the success of the coin.

Yes of course. But all new airdrops are not real. Scam airdrops everywhere. Do bounties Smiley

Bounties are pretty useful, joining a signature campaign or any campaign makes you earn extra profit for yourself. The only problem on bounty campaigns are the time of distribution of the tokens, it literally takes a lot of time, but having patience is worth the wait. Airdrops otherwise, i've never have tried it yet, i think it's easier. Trying out things like this increases your knowledge about bitcoin community.

Yes. Both of them are useful if it is legit. Some of them are not useful because it's scam. Actually I participated on Signature Campaign and Airdrops to earn extra money. Research and read for additional knowledge.

its usefull in my opinion for promote the ico and as a proof that the dev are commited and doing their job seriously. but im more into bounty rather than airdrop. bounty can help add advertisment by cookies on internet browser.

You exchange only your time for a reward, it can be useful for some and can't for others.

Well honestly say who knows who he finds))
I do bounty and started doing it not so long ago and the first money I earned after a month of work, while I would not say that it takes a lot of time for me. I have time to do the basic work and bounty.
But in the future I want to do only the company's bounty. And of course to keep a certain coin in your portfolio
