The post you're referencing here is covering cryptocurrency wallets in general (e.g MEW, Nano Ledger, etc...). PumaPay will have it's own wallet that will support PMA.

Currently, all tokens based on the Eth blockchain are ERC-20. PumaPay will, however, be built on the upgraded ERC-223.

We don't have more details about this at the moment.
