maybe Ripple is the money of the future because since 2018 Ripple increased drastically but we do not know the future will be like.

I totally agree and have invested XRP. Bitcoin sounds nice but it is like Utopia on internet. It will have same destiny like it was in the world. To be honest, the society we have been living in has all been centralized, it's no wonder if the centralization part also becomes the dominant on the internet, XRP is backed by the banking system and already started adoption, if you're comparing banking system backing with few whales, eventually bankers will win because they also control fiat some how.
Thus in my opinion XRP/XLM, will be one of the biggest currencies in the future, everything that can be backed with reality (banking systems or anything centralized ) will be always most likely more organized and backed by big entities, making them valuable .
Edit : this is theoretically speaking only, it might be all different in the future, but in my opinion banking system will not just let crypto destroy their grab.

Agreed, ripple might get termed as the currency of the future. The growth has happened all of the sudden taking the price reach higher as well get listed among the top coin with the largest market capital. Some users have termed this to be temporary, but looking the growth happening, it is clear that ripple willl grow further. |

Ripple's entire value proposition is tied to it becoming the currency of the banks.
Ask yourself a simple question. Your a banker. Do you want to adopt a blockchain platform owned by outsiders where members of the public own the currency of the platform and can presumably hack the system and profit by trading that currency? Or would you rather adopt a closed system owned by the banks (like the current SWIFT system) where even if someone hacked it they could never spend or trade it?

I don't think it would be the world's currency. It would be a tool to trade trust between Banks. |

I don't think it would be the world's currency. It would be a tool to trade trust between Banks. I think ripple wants to be a bridge between cryptocurrency and fiat as far as I know. I see ripple trying to increase the price and it is good for us because we can make a profit from this. I cannot imagine how much people will get their profit if they buy ripple when the price is too cheap. although now the price is not too expensive and we could still buy ripple again. I only hope that ripple could increase more than now and I think ripple can rise until $5 later. |

I think that ripple has the possibility to be the future of crypto currency. It is being regulated and tracked by the banks. Its price and value has increased last 2nd half of the year 2017. I will say the that it has a possibility but there are still better than it |

I think the ripple can beat the bitcoin. The cost of the token is just over $ 3 now.
Imagine how much you can earn if the ripple price overtakes at least the Ethereum.
Hmm there's no reason to XRP will catch ETH, but there are a lot of reasons for dump the price bellow $1, whales will want cash out their profit |

ripple would be the future of bank but i dont think it would be uses as money. i would choose xlm as a currency and it would be the future of our transaction and will be good as good as bitcoin for transfering method.

No, I don't think so. Maybe banks will integrate it and use it as a currency, but it is centralized, and defeats the purpose of the blockchain. The oppressed will definitely not use XRP as a currency.

You can't just call that thing straight away with just a small news on ripples . I agree that it had shown immense growth but still it's far away from being the future of currency . Well who knows that ripple might cross Bitcoin in future , but this thing is way to far to be honest .

I really do not encourage ripple buying as it is controversial with its concept of centralized banking.
If Ripple becomes no. 1 with largest market cap, prices will crash like hell as people will lose trust in decentralised crypto-market. This means that centralization won against decentralized systems. So, think twice before you invest! and stop buying RIPPLE.

XRP is the anti thesis of decentralization. Just a coin to be used by the banking system to replace SWIFT.
They still want a piece of the pie of bitcoin.

It cannot be denied that Ripple really paved it's way to this crypto market world. It is natural that we expect Ripple will still increase in its value for the coming years but there will be also a time for it that the value will slow down. A lot of users and player of these crypto currencies I think is really not in favor of incorporating this cryptos to regular banks and any other regular financial institution for the reason that these cryptos later on can be regulated with its value and it circulation. Ripple in my opinion can only be good for investment and any other purposes it may serve but not for future currencies. It may affect largely the economy.

Looks like a bright future for Ripple but problems come with guys who were late to invest in this coin. Now they use every opportunity to spread fake news and mostly "negative ones" just to harm whole concept of XRP. This coin has attracted numerous banks to its blockchain network.
