NEO and WAVES

I think NEO will surpass litecoin as it doesn't serve any real purpose that other coins don't offer. Even bitcoincash can solve the problems that bitcoin has so litecoin is going down. Strong coins with good growth investment can be done on both coins trusting each other. Split your investment into two placing in each one of the coins. The profit is assured in not more than by 2018. NEO growth trend has been healthy. Waves are bit cheaper to invest. Split your capital and invest in these two.

Waves is also Asian project. Russia is in Asia.
I think these two platforms can't be compared now. Neo is miles away from Waves. Sasha Ivanov doesn't show any sign of progress for Waves platform. Neo would be better investment for you.

Roadmap doesn't mean a lot. In fact waves doesn't pay a lot of attention from the investors even the reliable ico project creators. Waves is used by so many scammers to created a lot of shittokens. In various aspect and NEO is more superior compared with the waves platform and remember you can even earn passive income from neo.
