in 2018, i wanna grow the number of bitcoins, so, i would be buying in dip and keep holding.

Like many people here, I am definitely going to keep my bitcoins for the next few years. Bitcoin popularity is constantly growing so the demand may grow rapidly in the next few months. People slowly start to understand that cryptocurrencies are needed. Banks and governments are spreading false information that cryptocurrencies are a fraud or too risky to invest in. I am quite curious what will happen to Bitcoin in terms of development. I can't wait to see Lightning Network being used by the vast majority of users.

indeed in 2017 bitcoin has generated many millionaires. Maybe if I have some bitcoin I will sell it a bit and the rest I will save for the future.
In 2017 there is lot of people become millionaire through in bitcoin. If I have enough bitcoin I will divided it, some of it I will sell for my daily expenses and rest I will save and invest for my future. |

Most of us bitcoiners would hodl onto our coins for the long term. As we've seen BTC's price soar over the course of last year, it is a sign that the pioneer cryptocurrency could rise even more in value in the upcoming years. The high demand and limited supply, will guarantee that the price will go higher within a short time frame. Thus, those who're wise would prefer to hodl most of their Bitcoins into their wallets to reap the profits in the future. Before we know it, we'll become early adopters of the cryptocurrency, and perhaps millionaires if we save more than what we spend on our coins. The upcoming upgrades such as the Lightning Network, will become a major boost towards Bitcoin's acceptance in the mainstream world. Once people see that fees become dirt cheap, and transactions confirm instantly, they would use more Bitcoin than other altcoins on the market. Also, the addition of sidechains in the Bitcoin network, will improve the functionality of the pioneer cryptocurrency by delivering smart contracts, and more. Nevertheless, this year would be the most exciting one yet, if Lightning Network becomes active as it would allow Bitcoin to reach a higher price than today's current value. Therefore, all we can do is buy and hodl our Bitcoins for the long term. Just my thoughts  |

I had to start over and... the price of Bitcoin started to surge. I was surprised and decided to register on this forum. Can we really call ourselves early adopters? I don't neglect that we started to use Bitcoin before many people knew about it but what about people from 2009 to 2011? I wish I could go back in time and show myself Bitcoin (not only because of potential profit but also because I would have a lot of time to study how it works or even talk to satoshi). |

In 2018 I will hold some bitcoin & sell something.
Yes, it will become more valuable. Because bitcoin prices have been increasing gradually for the last two years. I think it will be also increase in 2018.

I will continue to hold my bitcoin and wait until it reaches a really high price. For daily earnings I use altcoins, but bitcoin, as my main and most important cryptocurrency, will wait for its hour.

Completely agree with you, mate. The beginning of 2018, has been a little slow for Bitcoin's growth in value. But now, we're seeing that it's been recovering in price, adding the possibility of Bitcoin to become more valuable in the future. Demand is rising for Bitcoin every day, as well as it becomes much scarcer over time. These factors would greatly contribute towards Bitcoin's value increase in the future as we become early adopters of the cryptocurrency. Imagine when Bitcoin hits $25k or even $50k and beyond. There's room for Bitcoin to grow a lot more than what it did last year, and given that it will become improved with scalable solutions such as the Lightning Network, it'll be the biggest and strongest cryptocurrency in the whole world. Therefore, I think that it would be wise to buy and hold our Bitcoins for years to come. Just my thoughts |

What I'm going to do is to store it, even last year the price goes down, well that's the cycle of Bitcoin. So what I'm going to do is to store it, let the price goes up and then sell it. Because every year Bitcoin will become more popular to investor which means it will become more valuable and the price will increase.

Many bitcoin holders becomes millionaire at end of 2017 so there's a tendency that this year 2018,bitcoin will create again a millionaire,so i better keep holding my few bitcoin until the end of this year because bitcoin price might reach $20k and above.

I will hodl my BTC inf reflection of 2017.I know BTC is rewarding only when you held it for long term may be a year or two years.In this respect 2017 proved good for those who held their investment right from beginning of 2017 and got higher return when it soared high price to $19780 till mid of Dec-2017.BTC started plummeted since the start of 2018 and those who scared to lost their investment sold it when it was traded at lower rate.
People who sold BTC when its price fell down to $5984 on 6th Feb-18 could not get high profit whereas those investor who held their investment till to date when BTC price is lying around $11,000 can enjoy higher return.Explaining all of this is just to signify the importance of holding your investment.For short term return in BTC you may lose your investment or may ger lower return.Now BTC price is somewhat stable between $9000-$11000 which is a good sign for coming few days.Many investors would return again,Some financial institution would invest in BTC in upcoming months,Microsoft outlined digital ID plan using BTC block chain,bread wallet a Switzerland based digital exchange started accepting credit cards internationally for BTC trading,things like these would boost up BTC price and then it be more valuable.

indeed, the year 2017 is so interesting to me, bitcoin prices are down, the amount of altcoin prices also decreased, some hardfork also some are canceled.
maybe in the future I will continue to hold bitcoin, in this December, I was the first time doing bitcoin trading, because of the many issues that bitcoin prices will go down. thus making the year 2017 especially this December many sell their bitcoin.
so how in the future I will keep the bitcoin that I bought in the month of December, little profitable for me. but I will continue to see the development of bitcoin prices if the time of bitcoin prices declines again.
Why do you not interesting with bitcoin grow in 2017? Because as you know, bitcoin price jump very rapidly and the price hit the all time high of bitcoin price history. I think i more dislike the price moves in the early of january till early of february. But still much time to see the grow of bitcoin in the future at least till the end of 2018. |

actually, I don't do anything with my bitcoin except still doing trading to increase my bitcoin amount. sometimes I can make a profit but the other time, I get lost but it's fine for me. I think my bitcoin will become more valuable although the total of money that I can make is always up and down significantly, I think it is good for me because I still have my chance to earn more bitcoin for now and for my future.

During the new year of 2018, many of us Bitcoiners have resolutions to make our capital and Bitcoin holdings grow. Most will hodl onto their coins for the long-term until Bitcoin reaches an all-time high that would satisfy their goals. Other will sell their Bitcoin when they start to see prices falling below their targeted goal. One thing for sure, is that 2017 has brought us many exciting things for crypto land. Bitcoin and rest of altcoins in existence have risen in value exponentially over the course of the year. Now that 2018 is in its very beginnings, I would like to know what will you do with your Bitcoin (either hodl, buy more, or sell) and will the pioneer cryptocurrency rise further in price? Whenever you just hodl your coins over the course of 2018 or sell them, Bitcoin will make many more millionaires. What are your thoughts?  Bitcoin has just started to grow on a large scale, it's much better to hold it as the profits that can be earned by selling it is very high. People like me who do hold bitcoin spend a part of savings in btc for trading and the other half foreign pure savings. Well, so you also want play saftey. Its wise decision since we all know that cryptocurrency specially bitcoin has very high volatile. It cam be unpredictable job divide it by two like this is very recommended |

For me if the bitcoin will increase, i will sell my bitcoin. Because i buy a bitcoin in a low price and then sell it when it rise so that i have the goal profit or more than so i earn alot. Bitcoin is just an investment. You must be smart and intelligent to when you buy or sell a bitcoin.
