I will agree because my thought is just the same but it is not yet happen since the price of monero was stagnant at $94 and the Bitcoin as well at $6400 , so let us hope this will happen at the end of the year , and not only monero I think maybe including other coin will be rise again .

I think the same. Market makers are manipulating the crypto market and they want using news. I think ETF will be approved this time and there will be no chance to manipulate the market anymore.
