It's not 6% of the budget, but 6% of MIO Tokens will be assigned to research and development. That means whatever payout those tokens generate will be used for R&D. |

I think MinerOne allows you to use external exchange if you are willing to do so. I’m not sure it’s going to have a wide list of external exchangers. As far as I know the development of the wallet is not their priority. The general production comes first. |
