CPUs rarely go bad. I would ceck motherboard and PSU's capacitors for defects. Also if cooler is full of dust.

OP, I think that you should recheck the topic to make sure it is still up-to-date and then change the year in the title to 2020. 2019 is old now and may make people avoid your topic.

Agree.

I think we should add Pascal Coin as a true CPU mineable coin.  Not worth much, and it takes hundreds of CPUs to get into the megahash/s, but if you enjoy mining then this one is good.  Regardless of if you get lambo or not (probably not!)

What we should post here, I think, is a frequently updated list of coins that you can mine with a CPU, and a list of GPU mineable coins, which are worth something (even if only pennies at most), listed on at least one exchange and can be swapped for other cryptos.  My 2 satoshis.  Grin

BiblePay is testing a dual mining RandomX integration on its testnet chain,

this will allow miners to mine both BiblePay (BBP) and Monero (XMR) at the same time!

Many new cryptonight coins are crap, its better to mine Monero or other cryptonight coins that have been around for few years and trading on more than two exchanges like Dero

I'm mining monero with RagerX on Rayzen 7 and it is really going good, it is pulling out 10% extra hashrate. As far as I know, this is the fastest monero miner I've seen till now. Can you please try it and share your views on this platform if possible?

I think the BiblePay dev is using xmrig . Only knew about xmr-stake . RagerX seems to be new on the scene?

Can forging by MetaGate be considered as CPU mining?

Ofcourse, I'm mining with Metagather for 2 months and
I've already made more than 1000 coins. The good thing is that it runs on anything and uses 5-6% CPU max.

Would you mind checking my figures.

You've just said, you made 1000+ coins in 2 months BUT according to https://cex.io/mhc-btc those coins are worth 0.00000042 x 1000 = 0.00042 BTC
So basically for 2 months mining you have made $4, but wait a minute, you get 1000 coins for signing up....so you made 0 coins?
Seems not very worth while to me

Out of these 1000 coins which they lend you so you can start forging your own, I made my own 1000 coins on a PC which runs 24/7 anyway.
No open ports needed, no beefy CPU, fast internet or something else. Just stay online 24/7. If you want to earn more, buy some and delegate them to some pool. That way you will not need to even stay online and still earn.

MintMe.com Coin is very CPU friendly. To the point that old smartphone can have only 2-3 times less hashrate than modern fast desktop thanks to modified custom Lyra2 algorithm, check it at https://mintme.com/coin/ or github https://github.com/mintme-com/
