I see their site is up and running, but no trading. Also not sure about that tweet, but hopefully they are almost ready to get the website going again. Going to be a complete bloodbath when trading opens!

where do you see that?  i get the 512 error
I also get the error. But every now and then the site works and you can go to your balance, etc. But trading is disabled.
I think they are not done yet of updating it could be a bigger files that they need to manage to transfer it on another server. And i think they were doing something to get ready for their security for any incoming attacks from the outside. All we have to do is to wait until they re-open again the trading, i'm sure more users will begin to flood their network.

Thats Refreshing

I'm new to a lot of this crypto environment and its very interesting all the same. i have a lot of coins on coins markets  and this shut down concerns me very much. I'm rather worried because being new at this all my coins are on the exchange ( will never happen again) and i really can't afford to lose them. to all the people out there who put posts up that i can learn by, i thank you. its been a good learning experience. to all the persons who just talk shit for the sake of talking shit, you really need to grow the fuck up.

I have a fix IP address, so I could login today. I can confirm balances are OK, can not trade and withdraw.php is missing (I think this is understandable because I can mess up balance if it's not working right).

I can't imagine if this is a simple server upgrade and everything is fine why are they silent? Not a single respond from anyone. So yes, something is definitley wrong.

I still believe/hope but with every day they remain silent I grow more convinced that coinsmarkets is a scam  - and come to think of it - a pretty obvious one at that.
There never has been any info about founder, ceo or the company owning/running the exchange.

Domain is registered to some person in the netherlands who may or may not be a real.

but right now there is a new update !!!

Servers overload we are migrating to a new servers , please bear with us. Almost finished.

Almost finished.
Almost finished.

It is possible that they are very autistic when it comes to announcements.. but in September last year they did the same shit with moving servers and it took them 6 days.

Remember guys, the FUD you see is creating by many people that have something to gain.

Site will be back up this week. Relax.

I think people need to learn to calm down. As soon as something happens everyone panics and then starts spreading negativity. People who have been around in the crypto world know that wallets crash, servers are rebuilt, sites go down and things of that nature. These are electronic/mechanical devices and can go bad anytime. Just because something is down, doesn't mean its fake.

Please hold on to your conclusions and fake accusations. The site will be back up soon and the people who are spreading false news are the ones who will fill their bags for many will want to withdraw their funds and will sell cheap. These are all tricks of crypto world and I hope people open their eyes and realize what's happening.

Do not pay attention to any negative comments about "coinsmarkets" ,  there is motive behind this and I am sure you all know what it is.

I think that after the resumption of work, will be massive withdrawal of coins. Support must be warned about improving the servers. Maybe it was reduce mistrust.

Dear support, if you are reading this - with new servers, make a new design of the exchange. The current design is terrible.

Sorry but if support reading this do not make new design. I really like it. Not joking. Not modern but easy to use.

Checked my GOA balance on the block explorer. turns out my coins along with others got transferred to wallets of 1000 each. those wallets are now masternodes and are earning rewards.
So coinsmarkets took our coins and started nodes. I dont think the site is returning anytime soon and they stole out coins.

It would be amazing if one of the admins could clear this up

If you're going to FUD, at least provide some sort of factual evidence. Screenshots, something.

Having an exchange vs having nodes is no contest in which makes more money.

Sleep good at night making tens of millions as a legitimate exchange or live in fear at night making just millions on a bunch of nodes.  Roll Eyes
