contact

Network   AS43350 NForce Entertainment B.V.
City    Netherlands
Latitude/Longitude   52.3824,4.8995
Route   185.66.143.0/24

the whois info is probably related to them in someway, could be registered in parents name.

whatever they are doing they need to give the users the option to withdraw there funds.

Thats quite a good job!!

Please still with that, dont stop there! i think its very important to all us know whom they are...

May be a complaint to the Netherlands police could facilitate the things, (there is nothing wrong with give them a warn on this, just for start paying attention about this in case of) (they will thank you this if something happen) it is better start the caching process right now just in case they turned a little bit crazy.

So please...

They just iterate the list of errors on the main page to trick users that the devs work on the issues.

They are stuck and don't know how to make microservices works together.

I would say they are not going to fix "issues". They loaded all btc into  LINDA similar as C-CEX did and stopped a common activity until January 20 when close its position and return to normal operation. They are just bugger.

They are scammers!! they delete withdraw.php -> https://coinsmarkets.com/withdraw.php

please beware, i'm living in Netherlands i'll go to police Monday.
I send also an email to cloudflare.com, they have indicated that they will start research!

Can this gentleman tell us how he went to the police on Monday? Or his words are worthless ....

Just send an email to report fraud to info@fraudehelpdesk.nl

You should do the same, enough is enough.

In my opinion they have been hacked!

This means that root user doesn't have permission that can be added in one sql statement.

 GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'ip_address' IDENTIFIED BY 'password'  WITH GRANT OPTION;

The other possibility is that permissions where revoked.

I did manage to see my balances/orders in the trading windows yesterday, but cannot interact with them. At least a step in the good direction.

This is nothing major. They could be setting up the database again and changed the username/password. However, I don't like how they're using the root username and and an easy to guess database name if that's the case. Too many things can go wrong knowing that information.

We all knew from the begining that this exchange was probably one man band or something closer to that version than one big company with resources to manage all big waves on stormy day.
