Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Methinks that CoinsMarkets has pulled a BitCONEEEEECT...

More FUD in a red market is not a good sign. We will recover, but things like this are not helping at all.

Oh well, I'll be able to write it off as a capital loss, and only lost some EMB and XSH.

Site is up and down all the time. To me that is a GOOD SIGN! That means they are actively trying to connect new servers on new hosts and most likely testing all the connections.

Hopefully they are up by end of this week!

It is unthinkable impossible to recover my funds for several weeks and now coinsmarkets.com website is down  Angry

Here is the whois information on coinsmarkets.com

It's simple if no news form international complaints. All crypto are traceable it is the principles of being able to follow from wallet to wallet !

If the addresses are distorted then it will be even easier to file a complaint for fraud

 It is over.
Probably you are right but I still have some hope. There is old version of website stored on Google Cache here http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:http://mail.coinsmarkets.com/&gws_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=tzhnWsHuEI2WsAegvLKQCA
And this version is just one day old so the website was accessible recently, that's why I still have some hope. Their last news were: "We are checking with different hosting now. Process taking longer than expected with fixing DB , All coins are safe ."

Funny thing is that the Trollbox from the website is still working: http://coinsmarketschat.chatango.com/
So they could release some announcements there if they wanted. So hosting problems are a bad excuse.

The ting goes skrrrahh, pap, pap, ka-ka-ka

This is still up --->>>   http://185.66.140.234/walletstatus.php

If you replace 185.66.140.234 with coinsmarkets.com it doesn't work.

http://coinsmarkets.com/walletstatus.php

Since the IP is still working - it means just the DNS is messed up - which can be a cloudfare issue not scam issue

Also, it may mean the team is testing and fixing the site in background and doesn't want too much traffic via the URL so they are not cleaning up the DNS issue until the site is ready to go live. Then everyone will be able to access the site using their bookmarked "coinsmarkets.com" addresses

Stop the fud everyone!

extract from CM site

Time : 2018-01-19

First let us explain what is coinsmarkets , we are based on 2 investor , 1 admin , 1 coder , 2 senior support and 4 general support .

In November last year 1 of senior support left the team , It is hard enough to hire a new one , this work is based on a lot of trust , so we still waiting for correct condidat .

Now let's move to the issue , in December we experienced a lot of new users and huge volume , we were ready for double or even triple volume but in our case it was 10x +.

From here all kind of problem start with servers ,

Now add to that the last senior support remaining have some family issue and was forced to be off  most of the time .

In addition to all that there was some db corruption issue we faced due to the overload and later hosting issue.

So a lot of work to do with a lot of missing stuff.

Please understand that in exchange you can't just go and hire someone and trust him millions of dollars .

We are sorry for lack of comunication about issue we have thought that people already trust us enough , and we invested 100% of time in restoring the site .

Now issue with hosting , hosting complained about a lot of fraud report from users about our service . We find this really hard to explain , it is clear that not even a single coin has moved from our wallets , and once again we are here to stay ,

We have not even released 10% of our road map , there is a lot of new future to be added in the nearest future.

A week ago we started negoation with new host that can accept similar service , we initiated the move ,

The Database was fixed yesterday night .

Now remain to setup new servers , few fix here and there and service will be restored ,

We write our news only in coinsmarkets news section , any twitter , chat msg etc is a scam ,

Again Official Coinsmarkets message are written only in coinsmarkets news section .

What do I say about the complete kangaroo poo presented above............"ladies and gentlemen, coming to the stage is an absolutely dandy of an exchange.  When it comes to absolutely zero communication and a total lack of human decency they created the template, With your help, let's stand and put our hands together and give a presidential applause for the VERY FIRST scam exchange shutdown of 2018, we all know and love them as......COINSMARKETS.COM."

Any actions on the network leave a trace. If they leave with coins, they will be sought. Anonymous proxy servers, Tor browsers will be useless. People who have lost millions will pay big money to hackers for the search for these people. It is impossible to completely disappear. I think, in fact, technical work is underway.
