They have been out cold for a long time now,  but still providing updates once in a while,  hopefully they are still working on issues with their limited resources. Dunno.

It usually happens like this actually, whether it's devs abandoning their coins or exchange owners doing a runner.  They let you down easy and let you slowly come to terms with what's happened.  They prefer for people to give in gradually, each at their own pace, than for all their users to suddenly become very angry and motivated on one day.

Is the CoinsMarkets support responsive? I have contacted them regarding some missing coins which didn't arrive to my wallet, although the blockchain explorer shows the transaction. That was when I was still able to log in and see my wallets. However, it is almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't received any response. The coins I've sent there are almost useless so I don't care too much, but I don''t want to lose them anyway..

The only people responsible for destruction of CoinsMarkets are Coinsmarkets themselves..

When your dealing with other peoples money you have a duty of care to make sure :

1/ Monies are safe.

2/ People are kept informed as to what is happening to their monies.

3/ Be seen to be transparent in any dealings rearding peoples money.

Coinsmarkets have done nothing to show that they have even considered any of these points...

you need to stop your nonsense and allow peeps to keep the pressure on these guys to deliver..

When money is involved, incompetence is never an excuse !!
