    2.select the tab of "Virtual Teller Window"
    3. type:repairwallet

if it doesn't help you, tell me and i will fix it.

Here is the another problem when i sent a few cent to another wallet:
Error: The transaction was rejected. This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent, such as if you used a copy of wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy but not marked as spent here. (code -4)

The 10.3.2 wallet is much faster than the old wallet, and cost lesser cpu time.

after that, let's talk about Pennies new feature.
No decimal is a feature of Pennies, it looks like real currency.
Cancel the limit of 1 billion transfer is easy to implement, but it will generate a fork, if all agree with it, i will cancel it.

So what's going on with this coin? We've now added PoS to a coin with an ungodly number outstanding already? Anyway we can do a reverse split on the coins so there are fewer out there?

I am sorry for your confusion but the coin has always been POS & POW. But as far as splitting them to a lower overall quantity, this is mind-numbingly retarded; if you don't like the parameters of a coin don't use it. There are hundreds of other coins to choose from, heck you can make your own I hear.
