There is no "reservation", only the fastest got the tokens, all the others no. It doesn't matter if you had passed the KYC.

I am very sorry. It is just so difficult to read and understand your broken english. The refund of Eth to those who participated too late will happen within 4 weeks. If you didn't play by the rules by sending too much etc, or at higher gas prices, the refund will be in around 9 weeks with a 20% deduction in the eth you sent.

Arcblock is my first ICO.  I did send in my contribution at 1 st minute of the open but didn't get confirmation on etherscan until after its closed.  What does this mean?  I am not sure if I was able to get in or not.
Now the site is down.  Can anybody elaborate on this. Thanks

I tried sending more gwei as I made a mistake of sending a lower gwei first attempt. By I sent 60 gwei which is maximum according to the rules. I think that delayed my confirmation.  I am not very familiar with sending and receiving Ether. I screwed up and I am so disappointed.   I have been waiting to participate in Arcblock ICO.  I feel terrible.

Why is my transaction ‘pending’?
If the status in Order History shows “pending”, your ETH/CMT contribution probably exceeded the limit or it’s received after the public sale completed.

Don't panic! I think, transaction process is asynchronous. And we still have chance!  

In many ICO I waited till 2 weeks before transaction process (in pending) is finished.

Is there anybody with executed transaction and ABT amount > 0?

Despite all the difficulties before the ICO, the team did an excellent job, the site did not fall down. Arcblock I put up a success, but CMT can't pack for 10 minutes. Some people have ETH put out, but the order has not been generated, and it takes 5 weeks to return the money.

The way this ICO has been handled from an investor perspective, is diabolical!

They're holing on to unsuccessful contributions for up to 9 week. No other ICO would do that and it's not a reasonable thing to do either? What's the reason for that?
Additionally, they're saying they'll retain 20% of the funds of people who exceeded the gas limit. Why? That's a hell of a lot of Eth they're collecting and putting straight into their pockets.A money grab, pure and simple.

As a community, if we don't start up to this kind of unfair practice, the future looks bleak, imo.
