ICO or buy later on exchange ?

If you invest into ICO, you might want to find ones that have real value, obvoiusly.
If you can invest into those, buy at ICO. Most likely, you will have nice return on investment.
If you are unfortunate enough to not participate in those, you can buy at exchanges.
I'd go for ICOs, but it might be just me, and you have the risk of exitscams.
But if you do your research as you should, it should not be a problem.

of course, buy in the ICO will be cheaper and will yield bigger results than buying on the exchange. but they also have to be careful because not all ICO will actually succeed or honest. Learn first if it is potentially so better to join in ICO.

As far as I've noticed, most tokens fall in price after listing on the exchange. No bonuses it does not compensate. Thus, most often it is advantageous to buy in the market after ICO.

There are many different situatiouns. For example, Refereum, good project as for me, is traded now with low price (~0.7x from ICO price, good price I think), and Credits - traded around x5 ICO price even after some correction on Kucoin.

in my opinion, if the coin is very potential and promising then buy in ico. but if you are unsure of the coin then just buy it on the stock. sometimes we have to follow our instincts and logic, because if you are in a hurry then you will get a loss only.

See for yourself, it is better to buy tokens 50/50, if of course the project is very promising and it is difficult to buy on the ico, then it should definitely give growth at the start

I think this is one of the reason not to go all out to invest in a project, there are some projects like Insight Network and COFI that have disappointed me after listing on exchange, I think it is just a matter of weak hands shaking out, hold on and add more to you position if you believe in the coin

If a good prospective coin then it should be bought at the ICO, the price there will be the smallest, but guess which coin will succeed very hard

The choice is ours because we don't whether they will list them in the exchanges and both are a good way to invest in the ICO and buying when the price is a dip in the market. Mostly clover people will participate in both of the situations.

It is based on our observation, confidence and luck. It is difficult to predict exactly but if you trust the coin that you think it to develop well, invest it in the ICO period. Because the ability to make profit in this period is the greatest.

I think you should invest in ICO. Their cost will be very cheap and you will get a lot of profit when investing at that time. There is a considerable large percentage that newly listed coins on exchange houses and platforms will go down
to prices below initially listed amounts when it was in ICO, this thing usually happens almost in an instant or in a
few weeks or less. Maybe it's because right after it's release and ICO's already reached their caps, most investors
who have quiet an amount in possession of the new coins immediately and ideally dump and sell their coins when
there is a price increase and difference from when they originally purchase them. That kinda signals to some as
profits and wouldn't take the risk of holding on. That is why some of this coins, go below than the usual ICO offered
prices. But in some cases, prices do soar up with coins, especially one's that are solid projects this usually happens
after 2 to 3 months or even more.

when you buy in ico you will get more bonus/discount. I think it's safer to buy when it's available on the exchange because some token price will drop from ico price. but it depends on their project if promising the price will be over than ico
