How will the quality of my reports be assessed? By what criteria will it be done?
I think the most important criterion is whether your predictions in the report have come true or not. All the rest does not matter to the investor who has used your report. An experienced investor never follows any recommendations, he analyzes the available information and draws conclusions himself. So the quality of the reports will most likely be determined by how much complete and qualitative information is contained in them, it is also important that all this information should be set out in a simple and understandable manner.

Are you going to cooperate with other companies, specialists? For example, to assist in the creation of reports or for auditing?

I read in their WP that they are going to attract professional traders for technical analysis. Such cooperation will only benefit the project.

Also on the platform there will be a template created by Otcrit experts. This is, perhaps, the main reference for review makers, because if it is not met, the report may not be even accepted.

So, I think that the recommendations should also be in the report, and their quality can only be determined by results

I can't find any information about caps.. I'm curious about soft cap, how much is it?
Soft cap for the pre-sale is 200 ETH (reached) Hard cap is 1500 ETH The main token sale that starts on 1st of May we be capped at 10 000 ETH. We don't plan to change the hard cap because if the Ether price at the moment. "Will be capped at 10'000 eth" – so it's hard cap, yep? Agree, Ether price is sad right now

Your team from Russia? Where you exhange registered and based? And what currencies will be trading on your exhange?
Although we have team members from Belarus, the core team is Bulgarian. Our exchange has not been registered yet, as its development is still in an early stage, but it will be done in either Bulgaria or Georgia (the country, not the state). We will start off by trading crypto-currencies that we deem promising - I can still not disclose to you which they are going to be though. We need to look into every single angle of a project with our community researchers and platform experts before deciding whether it is worth being listed on the Otcritex or not. In the future, we would also want to introduce fiat to the exchange. Thank you for aswer. And when you planning to register company? You must get a lisence for exhanges as well. And this must be done before ICO, because we have a risk, that you cant get lisence ... We are already a company, which is officially registered in Bulgaria, but the exchange itself needs an additional registration. And in order to obtain the licence, one has to meet a capital requirement of 750,000 EUR. It is one of the main reasons for us to conduct the ICO in the first place. We have the developers, working on the exchange in the meantime and one of the products - the alpha version of the informational marketplace (soon to get a brand new redesign) is already out there. If the ICO is not successful and we don't reach the soft cap, then everyone will get their ETH back. If it is, however, then there is no risk of not getting the licence because we would have filled the most important requirement and we will initiate the legal process straight away. How is it going, dev? I mean, have you already reached required 750k euro in order to obtain the licence? Really wish you've done that, because your exchange will be smth New in the crypto industry with a great potential

One of the rare good-looking project! I hope it will compete with major exchanges, like Bittrex, Binance, Poloniex and so on. I will follow it, certainly

Have you already developed your platform? What will it be like? What capacities does it have?
Yes, a lot of the back-edn is ready and we are now doing a complete redesign that will look very clean and be easy to navigate. ^This is only a front-end test, do not mind the numbers or titles. They are not connected to the database or API. It is basically the next version of the Alpha here: http://platform.otcrit.orglooks great! otcritex, reports, calendar, database, watchlist, newsfeed.. everything here, in one place ) but i wonder what languages will be able on this platform? and, as i understand, i will have an access from one account to exchange and to reports at the same time, yep?

On the right side of your platform you have a Newsfeed. Could i choose what news i want to see there or it will be automated? Also how are you going to collect these news? Just from the internet?
