I tried both and botpool works better. Weird, I would think coinmine with stratum proxy would work better, but nearly 50% of the times the payout is orphan.

So, for solo mining CPR with GPU using GPU miner we all use, it should be something like this:

CopperBars-qt is up and synced, but I can not connect to RPC port.. cgminer says no connection or wrong pass.. what can be the problem ??
windows firewall is off..

what is wrong ?

Get rid of shaders, they are not needed. Change your Thread concurrency to 41216 and unless you renamed the executable, it is coperbar, not copperbar.

It readjusts very quickly, so if there was a botnet or something on it, it will go back down as soon as they bounce, but maybe I missed the spike. What difficulty did you see? This is what it is right now:

so you are selling copper for .32 btc a pound? are you high? thats highway robbery. 1 pound  certified .999 purity copper bars are worth anywhere from 5 dollars to 12 dollars apiece. i understand there is  some shipping involved, however .32 btc per 1 pound bar, even at certified .999 purity is simply absurd.

They are brand new and have the same information as the CPR logo printed onto them. If you guys really want some ugly, beat up piece of shit bar I'm sure I can find you about 100 kilos for scrap price

it's always a bit hard to judge it on a photo, that's correct.

I do like the bars, don't get me wrong it's far better than another Casacius(spelling?) coin

And if i had the CPR, i'ld probably buy one too, just for memorabilia

Ok I think I need to clarify something here

The whole point of CPR is to have an equivalent price to actual copper bars rather than to a dollar. At 5 CPR each that gives the whole network a current value of 360 actual copper bars. You can do the math on what it is to make that number of bars available should somebody order them all at once
