It won't help to reduce corruption in any way. Rather increase it or the government place a ban on it. If bitcoin is open for all and the government themselves invest, how are we to know since it cannot be traced? Let's just hope for the best.

I don't think so, as I don't see any special relation between bitcoin and corruption; eventually, with its pseudo anonymity, you can bet that bitcoin will be used to exchange untraceable money, and corrupted politician will be very glad to receive it.

In one hand yes but in other not. Corruption generelly is more effective in third world countries and computing technology knowledge in these regions is in a very low level which inhibit bad intentioned people to act in this universe. From the moment that a government decides to introduce officially and ethically BTC in its economy, all the financial processes control will be easier, faster and efficiently. But there's a question: Do they want it? At this moment is when BTC cannot reduce corruption!

Nope, of course not, corruption will always take place, and it doesn't matter in which economic stage you are living on. It will always exist.
Now that governments have a competitor in terms of currencies, do you think that they will make an effort to make the economic system more transparent or will they just try to ban everything?
Sorry mate, but you need to know that those thieves will always exist.

Absolutely bitcoin can't do regarding on corruption system that is mostly practice by some government authorities. It could be possible to be more worse because of being anonymity inside crypto and we really don't know the purpose of each transactions happening.

Maybe yes, because we all know that the root of corruption is the greediness of people when it comes to money. So I think through bitcoin the thinking of the people will also change but it is not also an assurance because there are still people who are very corrupt no matter what happens. But maybe it will be lessen because they already have another option of earning money not through corrupting money from the other people.

Ofcourse yes, If there are some people of the government officials trying to invest in bitcoin and they are gaining money stable, Well, They will not tend to corrupt the money of people who are in their country. But if they fail, Maybe they will tend and try to corrupt. It depends upon the situation.

It's very complicated to talk about and tends to be unpredictable. How to predict the future that has not happened and not yet certain? Moreover, corruption and cryptocurrency are two very different things. Cryptocurrency is a digital currency that exists only in physical form and is used to transact freely without the intervention of banks, taxes, and government. While corruption, is an act to save a sum of money that is not our right, the money from the community and or the property of others. So you should know that cryptocurrency is difficult to connect with corruption because cryptocurrency is just a currency.

Well good point, some government os starting to ban cryptocurrency because there's no way for them to govern it. Some people are even quitting their job because cryptocurrency incomr is incomparable to working salary. Which is not favorable for the government, because they get lesser income tax.

Yes, that's correct they shouldn't be that quitting there job because of incomparable salary and it can affect the collection of the government taxation. To this topic it can not reduce the bitcoin to the corruption of government because they are not related to were the bitcoin organization belong. After this years bitcoin is not acceptable by the government due to decentralized currency.

For me, I don't see any things that bitcoin could reduce corruption. Because in our country, bitcoin is legal. The government just gave us to a notice to avoid those investment scam schemes to prevent not to be scammed. I just don't know in the other country if they're allowing bitcoin. But all in all, I think it cannot reduce corruption.

well Bitcoin pretty much is an open ledger of accounting transaction which shared publicly. This transparency can be helpful in keeping an eye on the government officials and refraining them from making a wrong use of their power. So Bitcoin can reduce  corruption tremendously.

You guess it right thats why too many government officials and country ban bitcoin because the monkey business of the corrupt government will be affected by bitcoin. Corruption will be reduce if the government officials will stop being greedy and if they just work hard and serve for our country.

Government being threatened by BTC is already a sign that it will hinder their dirty hands. Especially in my country, they already released a statement that they won't be supporting BTC and saying that "It's too dangerous, do not trust" and they're using the media, it's all over the news. I think that the blockchain technology of btc is what makes it secure allowing not third party to hinder any transactions which poses a threat on our filthy politicians.

I think corruption can happen wherever and whenever, I hope in the presence of bitcoin will reduce the people who will corrupt, bitcoin can reduce corruption because the value of this currency can not be influenced by government policy, this is what makes bitcoin has not become legal in all countries

no matter if bitcoin is exist or not, corruption will use every ways that they can to use the money. maybe bitcoin could reduce corruption but if the people still thinking that bitcoin is a good option for doing corruption then they will find a way. it is about how we control our self to not use bitcoin for negative purpose so the other people will not thinking the negative too. but I still believe that bitcoin is for something good and it will be use for a good reason too.
