if i have to choose between ETH and NEO, i would choose ETH, because i believe ETH is the most useful altcoin in the cryptocurrency market. I like both coins. But I trust ETH more. ETHr I use much more often than NEO for investment and different payments. NEO less popular coin, but more promising.
