Hold or sell ?

Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?

If you didn't sell few months ago, there is no meaning in selling now because all market is in lowest price of 2018, every project has dropped minimum %85-90 so keep your portfolio now.

I think it would be better to sell it when the price starts to go down and buy it back when the price is at the bottom. hold is not a good choice for now because many people who prefer to sell their tokens are compared to hold.

there are time to hold fiat, some other times to hold bitcoin and sometime for altcoin, experience and learning could only teach this, at January when the thread started and altcoin were  falling, it was still a good time to sell. It looks like the coin that you hold is having a problem, I usually if it's already <40% of the price that the coin goes down then I sell it and try other coins, but after that I have to try to find the best coin to cover my losses

If you follow my advice, you may hold your holdings at least by the end of the year, 2019. As the year, 2018 is or was considered to be the year of regulations, thus affecting less or more the market. The year of 2019 is projected to be a good year for cryptocurrency. Last few days has been great in crypto world but let's still be cautious, I think we are about to find some new lows, but soon we will start raising to new highs definitely! even though the market is difficult to predict, but if we analyze it seriously and keep up with the latest news, I think we can predict it even though it's not always true.
