This is a very useful project, because many informal employers have broken up, not fulfilling their promises, and working very unfairly in relation to their employees.

Of course! That's why the idea was born. Make the job easier, safer, and more transparent. All schemes will be visible to both sides of the agreement and this will naturally have a positive impact on the effectiveness of cooperation!

Perhaps, it will even allow to establish relations with partners from other countries.

I don't think that this will be relevant given the current domestic and foreign policies of some countries. But it's quite possible to build business relations with other cities and states. This also plays an important role.

It would be nice to implement this system now and test it ... But you are probably at the stage of internal testing?

It will be quite difficult now to use this, as this requires at least hardware and theoretical training of personnel.

Yes, you are definitely right. Such innovations require additional training of people.

Guys, it's all clear that it is very difficult to introduce this into an already operating company. But imagine how convenient it will be for a start-up organization? If all the new organizations start working under this scheme - do you imagine how effective their activity will be?

Just a second. This project is designed only for cooperation and contract management between organisms, or can be used as a tool for people to work?

I think that any question, whether it's on employment, or on the conduct of various agreements and contracts - it's all part of the functional of this project.

Yes, the name of the project is understandable - this is the basis of labor relations. Accordingly, most likely, any actions related to this can be resolved through this project.

anyone will be able to connect the Grain infrastructure to their back end.
For example, the first beta tester of the Grain protocol - Flexentral - is a workforce management solution. But also freelancing platforms could use Grain to process the agreements and transfer payments from employer to worker.
Basically any type of company that processes work agreements and needs to provide payment, can implement Grain.

In general, the project functionality is not limited to one. I hope that the project will find its customers in all countries. Then it will help to establish some international relationships.

Well this is good! In principle, the wider the functionality of the platform - the more opportunities for its application. The higher the value of the token on the exchange!

Will you be charged any money for making contracts on your platform? Or will it be decided by the organizations themselves?

In fact, developers can not charge money for using this project. After all, this is not regulated anywhere.

Are you sure? They will set a commission for transactions and that's all. It's not necessary to regulate, it's just business.

I hope there will not be commissions for transactions, or they will be small. Because what then is the point, because the intermediaries and other service providers take about the same percentage.

I think this will happen. Because it's quite natural earnings for the continuation of the development of the project and the banal earning of money by the developers. Any work should be paid.
