Its easy to explain these. Allmost all altcoins out there are traded and paired against bitcoins. So just a few amount of them is paired with usd or other fiat currency. So when the bitcoin price is going down, people think that the coin value is going down. But they dont get it that they have to watch the satoshi price of their coin and not the usd or other fiat currency price. So bitcoin price is going down, people are scared, they get in panic and they sell immidiately. Everybody is following that and thats why the price of the altcoins sinks more!

I do not knoe the reason but that situation is normal only in crypro world sometimes the price goes up and sometimes the price goes down also and if you know that trick you buy more and hold for long term when the price deep down and sell it when the price goes up again.

But please explain to me if btc prices can be so easily manipulated by fud, how people can still use TA to explain upcoming downward or upward movements? What's the point to use TA when in fact it is so volatile because of events that influence price that quickly.

And my 2nd question. If part of the volatility is based on the fact that btc is paired to almost every altcoin, why aren't exchanges working their asses off to get more pairs up in the air. Technically is should be quite easy to implement I assume, so why wasn't it implemented already? How come only pairs like eth and ltc are set in place..?

Nowadays bitcoin is stucked on $8k and it means that altcoin are probably stucked, at my opinion people have started panic selling again and it causing those drops.
