any body know the reason for current drop?

Because many are selling coins so prices will go down, it is the law of the market. And usually if there is a negative issue about bitcoin it makes everyone panic sell it that makes bitcoin prices drop not only bitcoin alone, but the price of all coins will drop.

I think it is due to crisis in the marketplace where investors find difficulties to gain profit because of sudden decrease of bitcoin price. And with having great supply and less of demands can affect also all coins droppage. But most especially happen when bitcoin price drop it contribute big influence to all cryptocurrencies value dropping also.

Most altcoin dropped because of religious holidays around the world that cause people to sell their assets so that the market is flooded with altcoin, and the price becomes cheaper. but I still believe the market will recover.

well, most of the decline in altcoin prices is influenced by bitcoin prices, and bitcoin prices are influenced by regulation, and panic sell from investors. and sometimes information becomes an important source in this regard.

Bitcoin is still the major influence in the cryptocurrency markets. If Bitcoin is dropping in value then around 95% of the remaining coins will do the same. The exception is probably new ICO released coins or a coin that has hit a major milestone in their project roadmap or been added to one of the big exchanges.

The fall in the price of coins because the demand is reduced and investors are no longer trust with the current coin.
So that affects the price of the coin, coins in the market too much to make the price plummeted.

There is a panic sale everywhere and people are selling their BTC and ETH cause they are now afraid to lose their capital for BTC is sailing at 6k approx and ETH has also started a down trend. For alts going down, people are selling alt to buy more of BTC and ETH, so as you can see this is two way stream.

For me I would buy some good alts for this is buying time and then HODL it. I am confident that BTC and ETH will pull up sooner or later so patience is the key here.

Have a nice day.

Market even more volatile than last year. I am really waiting every day for the market to go bull. Chartwise they managed to mess up the market completely but that does not change the fact that there is plenty of money on the fence and little investment in the market based on credit. Was funny when that 100 mil btc contract selling at 10K got called. Lips sealed Lips sealed Lips sealed

There is a large group in charge of destroying the market price, although it is invisible but this group exists, so when we call the papal word, they are not alone. One person with a large balance is unlikely to affect the price, the likelihood of this group having the effect of lowering all coin prices.

This is because now bitcoin is not so interesting, there can be a real manipulation of the market. I think that there will be a rise and now everything is bought with coins. then it will be too late.

The crypto market is also affected by the traditional macroeconomic effects I guess, so large scale events that happen internationally affect traditional stock markets, and they may also affect the crypto scene as well. Personally, I feel that this year has been full of surprises but I would think that having less volatility in the future would be preferred so that Altcoins can actually be used for their actual purposes instead of just for pure speculation?

Coins are falling very much and many simply panic. Well, if in fact, to understand, so nothing wrong has happened. This is normal practice. Today has fallen, tomorrow we are waiting for growth.

The top coins are down and altcoins follow them. Also Btc and Eth have decent reputation and people believe in their bright future, while alts don’t have as much community support.

No,  but the most important thing to keep in mind during slowdown is that it's normal for the crypto market to have negative years—it's part of the cycle.By staying calm and not making any sudden moves, you'll save yourself from becoming a bear's lunch. Like do not sell and do not buy. just be patient and wait till it will grow

I think, There are some effects of the decline of Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin is a mother of all coins. So, when the price of Bitcoin decreases it will be followed by a decrease of some Altcoin, and sometimes I also see there are coins that still survive with the price. So not all altcoin go down the price.

Bitcoin is main pairs in many exchange and as main cryptocurrency in market. If bitcoin price drop, its affecting on investor because bitcoin as leader and main currency will leads altcoin price. But its very usual that bitcoin price always high fluctuation because we investing on unregulated market

any body know the reason for current drop?

The price of bitcoin and ethereum drops, it is very influential on the price of other coins. Because the two coins are a role model for other coins in cryptocurrency. Then because china and korea banned crypto it is very influential on the price of coins.
