In my opinion, it depends on bitcoin and ethereum. When they fall, many coins go down.

Alt coins price drop because it is affected by Bitcoins price which was dropping too. And current market condition is bearish probably this are the main reason why almost all alt coins are dropping but trading is a cycle  if there is bearish season there is a bull run too just be patience.

I think that nobody can know for sure that reason for every particular fall, the only thing that we can know sure that most likely after the Fall will come Winter and then Spring, if you know what I mean of course

There are several reasons why all the coins' price is dropping and getting a lower value but I think the most significant event for the dropping of the value of all the coins is when some of the countries banned cryptocurrencies such as korea and china. I think altcoins are dropping because of bitcoins price now. Bitcoins value falls to 6000 for some reasons. Altcoins depends on bitcoin through price exchange. I heard twitter has started banning cryptos.
