Do you have any idea what you're saying? 3 days? 72 hours? That's a really short time. This is just a correction for the pumps in the start of this year. If the market cap was at the lowest point in 6 months, you should panic. But in the past 6 months the market cap rised so much there just has to be a big correction. If you are panic selling now, you are only causing the crash, so hold on to your coins and enjoy.

Besides dearth of good and vast knowledge on what coin to put one's money on, one equally discomfiting  reason some people can't help but succumb to panic selling is often the investing of money that really cannot afford to lose. FOMO is usually the culprit that draws this kind of people in, only for them to stay tensed and anxious every tick of the market.
