We can't possibly say that "this time is the time to buy because this time is the bottom" and such since prices can decrease even more but you can spend some of your money to buy more altcoins and if the prices went down even more then go buy and grab some more.

Price movement is somehow predictable. If the price goes down it is most likely to go up after that is one rule of cryptocurrencies and it can be trusted as it always happens in the past few years. Whenever the price crashes down it is always a great time to buy but the hard decision is to which coin will you buy? The only thing that is necessary regarding the situation is that the coin you brought will bounce back after the all time low.

Dont be to greedy and wait to long. I speak from experience, there was a lot of dumps i wait too long and then i just pass the lowest point, and then i buyed almost at the normal price. So maybe when you buyed now, in the next few days there are a chance that it will goes lower, but once it starts pumping, it will not come back to a low price fast.

There's a lot of time to beat buy coins but be sure you buy when the price are low so that you'll surely gain high profit. All you need is to wait time as saying goes buy low sell high and that is more effective than the other way around.

It's same and always happen in the beginning of the year, just take a look on last 4 years!
For me it's time to hold for who buy in high value and invest now for who still not invest bitcoin yet.

The time for open position buy in trading altcoins when the trend of price start up trend, so we can get the profit from there, usually i held the altcoins for couples weeks and taking profit monthly. It will gives me active profit monthly from trading, actually the time to buy altcoins depending on the strategy of trading, there are daily trading, weekly or monthly. Every traders has different time for buy and sell in trading.
