I think it does have to do with the technological advancements and the fact that much of technology is used here. They want to make things as easy as possible for consumers. Although they are strict in other ways, the idea of making purchasing easier is something they want. I think other countries such as America, don't want to make buying easier and don't favor Bitcoin due to big banks. Although I come from the country of Indonesia I am very proud and amazed at the country of Japan. Because the country of Japan is worthy of being imitated in all countries.
