yes quiet weird but the project seems solid, with already existing testcard.
So... probably financing comes from outside cryptoworld, and the purpose was not to make cryptoworld participate but use the product...

40k ETH Hard Cap = 20,000 ETH from the private sale and another 20,000 ETH from the pre-sale. If they reach the hard cap then there won't be crowdsale.

That is right, and it seems like they are gonna hit it very soon because as of today, they already sold 88.42% of the hardcap which I believe
in a week it's gonna be all sold out. Ethereum is growing and I think people are transferring their money to ETH as we can see in the sudden increase of ETH marketcap, this will benefit us since we are solely accepting ETH.

Hard cap is 45M USD in fiat. Due to sudden increasing of eth price they set their hard cap as 40,000 in eth term. If they hit the 40,000 eth, they will calculate to fiat with 2 week average of eth price. If 40,000 eth is over 45M USD they won't do the public ICO, if less, they will do the public ICO for certain amount of eth only to reach their hard cap 45M USD.

This is an excellent project, unfortunately, I saw that about 75% was collected and I wanted to buy it on the weekend. But this morning I found out that I can not do anything unfortunately. Probably the whale came. I like your cards, I'll order after a mass launch

I'd still want to know where $40m USD in financing is coming from before investing in a project.  Projects don't raise $40m USD in two weeks without creating a *serious* buzz online.  I smell a scam.

I'm quite sure recent progress could be the reason to find the hard cap so quickly. Fuzex is backed by professional people that's why many people missed that opportunity to get big discount plus free card.
