Well, one guy in here was boasting about dumping 222,222 HYDRO, which he apparently got for free. That's just one person! So I imagine it must have been a lot they gave away. Far too many in my opinion.

i am unable to use my tokens on any exchange.. they never leave my account and always give out of gas error massge.. but i think the tokens are locked.. i want to know if there is something i am missing or are they really locked for the time being and what is the procedure to get them unlocked

If you are getting an out of gas message then it is likely you don't have enough Eth in your wallet to transfer your tokens. In other words, you need to put more Eth in your wallet so you have enough gas to send your tokens to wherever you want them to go. It is helpful to keep at least $15 worth of Eth in your wallet for this purpose, in my opinion. You likely won't need that much, however. I would go with the recommended amount.
