You need not to worry about when is the exchange of their token. The team are already know that kind of issues and as of now they are still in the process of doing some ICO.

It is a nice approach, the platform will be available for use  to everyone and a user could determine if they want to continue using the platform on the basis of beta programme.

One time payment is terrible man dev can decide not to update or fix bug plus no premium might be available. I think monthly or yearly subscription is way better but lets leave the platform decide

We can only make that if the platform is already established a strong foundation which it can be trusted. But because this is still new and currently still have some development, maybe it's better to go first with a monthly basis.
