Also miner #2, I suppose soniq split the hash rate and mines on two pools now. Can you confirm that, soniq? Soniq can you give some info on alle the questions? Also is there a spreadsheet with stats about mining, hasrate, earnings and payouts?

does any one have his info and his real name 1. Name 2.city or country 3. home address I believe some one has all this info on soniq some one PM me last week and said he has soniq's INFO Also i believe we need to vote (share holders) and make another thread on the Terraminer GBs, and see if we can come to an agreement weather we need to take some legal actions against soniq or come to an agreement with soniq. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Soniq! Many of US have invested quite a bit of BTC $$$ with YOU and I am going to start comparing your GBs to Butterfly Labs! We need to come to some sort of agreement with you.

Sorry about the lack of time spent on forum. limited access to my home computer, so I have been posting all updates on Skype group Terraminer#1, 2, ,3 and 4 have been delivered and are hashing at http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1BaWt1KM9jeiid9pjwrmiREFFSFF7edd3N http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/16EUMpTB1TzqDPdgzsBFg1sHKtKJ6Wq5gGhttp://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/14fC3MDT4q6sLhQNUSHmUTMWW1AEvtvWjjhttp://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1DN968X3M3ENZYFY62fn3jPtXqoUwhb4tvI have given each miner a separate address to avoid issues I had with previous GB separating income for each miner. As you can see from above all the miners seem to be having issues except fpr #3. But it appears ad if it is starting to lose half hshing power. I have been posting all my support problems with Cointerra on The Skype Group as well, so far no response at all from Cointerra and getting an unofficial response from megaminer on Cointerra forum. Have tried calling Cointerra, sending emails and phoning them. No response, phone lines are completely down last time I tried. I have listed all the things I have tried to correct hashing performance in Skype group as well. power cycling, upgrading- downgrading firm ware, power stepping, restarting Cgminer nothing working so far No dividend payments have been made yet as there is approx 3.3 BTC generated total to date. The hosting payment which I made in full for 6 months hosting (17.6 BTC) needs to paid, and approx $1300 in duties paid upon delivery of the miners needs to be paid before any payments are made. Link to threads at Cointerrra forum http://forum.cointerra.com/threads/terraminer-hashing-at-half-capacity.539/Have not received an official response from Cointerra from any of my emails or voicemail Will update if I learn or hear anything

I'm sorry this is really hard to believe this is happening with all 4 units.
Boot the units with stepping 1 already enabled and bump stepping up every 10 minutes.

I know this is probably not possible but we (share holders) need some one that WE trust to verify your Personal IDSoniq we need to come up with some sort of agreement Please soniq take this to consideration and let the share holders vote on these issues ! Share Holders Please vote on these issue and if you have or know of some one we can all trust as a mediator/escrow/admin for OUR GroupBuys, let your voice be heard ! Thank you

Cointerra has really screwed us - each miner owes approx. : -4 BTC and is only hashing at about 1 TH/s this means about 5 – 6 weeks to pay for hosting + duties. Hopefully there is some sort of fix for this junk hardware and hash at the promised 2 TH/s

Soniq, I emailed support@cointerra.com regarding my unit and got a response almost immediately. They automatically create a ticket and follow up. I had the same issue, it was working at half capacity. The problem in my case was one of the power supplies was defective, take a look and see if you have the same issue: You can see the LED is yellow on the top unit. They were able to diagnose the issue online and send me a new power supply, which I literally pulled out the old one, and plugged in the new one, and everything was fine. If you would like to try this, you can do the following. 1) First remove the 3 screws holding in the metal cover , Unplug the unit 2) Wait 3 minutes (this is very important, make sure you do this, otherwise the PSU will go nuts when you unplug it) 3) press the little grey tab in and pull STRAIGHT out, and slowly 4) you can do the same with the other, and then put them back in (i.e swap the PSUs) Any way, this is exactly what they asked me to do, which caused the other miner (miner 2 I believe) to start functioning whereas originally miner 1 was functioning. After this they sent me a new PSU overnight express, received 1 day later in Canada Unfortunately the unit runs really slow, 1.55TH/sec on average, but ah well. Hopefully a firmware update will improve that

I have a bad feeling for the remaining and working PSUs...

Hello Soniq, some other managers of Cointerra GB had the same problems, see Ultibit , but after the last update of the hardware They claim to have solved ... surely you've already done, but You can confirm that you update? I await with impatience your news ... thanks https://www.facebook.com/TheUltibit" Update of 11/03/2014 - Current hashing power after firmware update "

Isend a new voicemail or email almost everyday. I have been talking with megaminer on Cointerra forum as he is unofficial support and he told me to factory reset all the miners and report back. I have factory reset all the miners but still same result. I dont think PSU are bad as all LED lights are green. What I do think happened is someone has hacked the miners via SSH access and that what factory reset was supposed to fix. But appears the Beaglebones are corrupted. I have sent another email and voicemail to Cointerra again today for a firmware flash.

You been leaving these address mining at half speed for a week that's $420 lost per miner. Even if we had to hire someone $100 a month to watch over these things it would be much better than what you have accomplished. I would also vote that someone would be able to login to the web gui and verify that your not splitting the address's and that indeed all four units are mining half speed at the fault of cointerra's manufacturing. There is reason to question your story since other group buys seem to be working out fine and mining away at 1.62 TH. Just to renew your credibility please consider allowing someone else to have access over the web interface for verification. I'm willing to do it and have high credibility from my otc rating. But if there is someone else that has a greater rating (which is likely the case) that part of this group buy, then please come forward and maybe Soniq would be willing to allow this option to verify. I don't think this is too wild of a idea and can clear up other people concerns about weather or not your story is true. Even just allowing someone to login to one mine for verification. Then quickly changing the password afterwards could diffidently help clear up some of are concerns. If your not willing to assist in this and continue to allow the miners to mine at half speed. Then I see no reason the group should be paying you any type of admin cost.
