I guess there is no difference on which algorithm to work in the future, allium (modification Lyra2REv2) is also protected from asics.

I actually think this is true.....IF they would have kept Scrypt-N ...the KNC Titans (about  say 7,000 left in the world I'd say) that are NOW JUST making 1c a day...would

all have drifted over to garlicoin and with the cheerleader miner pump...I think you MIGHT have seen this coin go someplace...even thou it is a meme coin...

nothing like having a 'niche' to make things 'perk' up

but indeed....someone should make a Scrypt-N coin with some 'decent hooks' (I've no idea what they would be or I'd make such a coin..no skills)

there are gonna be a LOT of KNC Titans out there looking for something to mine besides LTC and scrypt-N ...and in that they are the ONLY ASIC's to run Scrypt-N

as a niche coin...pointed in their direction (at least in the next few months) as far as betting on longshot coins I've seen worse odds...

Now the coin is dead ....you came to late to give hopes.
When it had the Scrypt-N algo the developer was saying don't buy, don't buy because TITAN MINERS are doing better profit than GPUs ... and now that he customize the algorithm for NVIDIA GPUs,,, he want's people to buy his coin.
Now no one will buy !

When you say I change the algo because there is one guy mining with asic and you make a new algo and you take out AMD GPUs you are retarded or you don't know what you are doing. So AMD was the problem not one guy with 4 TITAN cubes ...

Did he asked the investors ? no
Did he make a public vote ? no
He just decided by himself and now he wants support ! And now keep the garlic coins and look at them how they will dive to ZERO ! Because of the Selfish Dev. It's never too late to go back to Scrypt-N

From what I can tell the only 'plan' they have had was the panic change to the new algo from scypt-N in the last 6 months...otherwise, I don't remember

You need to read crypto 101, more miners dont mean more coins "found".  It only means less coins available for people who are mining.  The amount of coins in the "pot" stays the same its the share of that pot that changes with the influx or more or less miners
