So i just had a talk with the admin and asked will there be any delay related to pilot project as their roadmap says q4 2017 will be pre sale but got confirmation that they have their own funds flowing in the project that amount of confidence is hard to come by waiting for info on the pre sale and pilot at the same time enjoying some bounty.
