Don't think so. But it's very strange. Why isn't the dev posting any feedback? Why isn't there any feedback on the website?
The only thing we have is a message in Chinese saying there are some capacity problems. Is that an excuse?

any news ?
very strange, first i could log in. Now i cant because all the time the damn captcha has a bug, and dont let me in.
(i experienced this first time before 6 months)
Even when i try to change Password, i cant , the capcha says my code is too long. (untrue. i tried several times)

Well props to Bter. I finally got my 1.7 BTC withdrawal that had been processing for about 36 hours. I had half expected that it would be lost forever...
Hopefully they will get everything sorted and running smoothly again.

dont shout scam twice, i got it.
firstly i would says they should post some info if it takes more than 12h to fix.
I used them a lot, and dont hope they decided to scam.
In the long run it is bullshit to rip off the users.
ah i forgot. never use large amounts.
i use max 1/5 first for known exchanges.(250-500Usd for example)
and 1/100 for unknown exchanges (a small amount like (25-50USD)
the Trick is to split the amounts, so u can get scammend or delayed for a smaller amount.

Update: I finally received my BTC that i had withdrawn 2 days ago, so thanks BTER for finally processing it, But we really better infomation from you guys in future so we dont panic.  |

Just tried to with draw .46, had it go to a 404 error, and now my account is empty. No BTC received. ??
EDIT: scratch that, it says processing now.

seems withdrawl is enabled now can you login, with this damn caprcha? i also tried with internet explorer but i cant login, they forward my everytime to the main site without login. I dont get an error message. My password and captcha code are correct. what is the fastest way to support? i tried email, but i got no response (before 6 hours) |
