My first coin I would advise some one to hold is Binance coin because its the utility coin for the Binance platform which is among the best and most popular crypto exchanges.

I don't realize EOS is a safe investment. It has been sliding to no bottom since the beginning of 2018, a big crash for me. I agree ETH, ADA is very good. My suggestion is that the layer 2 options are trending to expand, stacking up for Dot, Polygon, adding Theta would be a nice stack.
