Not it can't be. Ethereum is just the second to bitcoin and that's ho it will be. Though, there is a possibility that Ethereum could be the next if they offer what is bigger to cryptocurrency enthusiast than Bitcoin will. But if that's won't be, Ethereum can't be the leading cryptocurrency but bitcoin will be. It can only be the leading for all altcoin and ICOs

I think it's worth it, but ETH should take a long time to compete with BTC. well with a long time is then BTC will also continue to grow so difficult ETH to compete with BTC.
I was thinking too that way, i have my own question too but i guess it is really impossible. How can eth catch more than bitcoin? For me eth will always at the second as i know Bitcoin is the first coin before them. |

Yes most probably. Since ETH also proves its worth being top 2 crypt though for now ETH has a long way to go before it can surpass btc still its possibility is quite high. |

Everything has the chance to overcome the price of bitcoin because crypto world is full of surprises. We don't actually know when will this happen but I doubt it will really take more years. |

Etherium was based on bitcoin efficiency this will be no changes .Bitcoin is the future currency in all over the world no one can beat bitcoin because of its effective in every individuals .If eth next to bitcoin why eth is less opportunities than bitcoin opprtunities .it tooks time to reach bitcoin efficiency because nowadays bitcoin is totally popular all over the world. |

They are working on forming small contracts which would in turn increase the value of Ether. Need to wait and see what happens. But we do have other competitors like; Maker, Bitcoincash, Dash, Neo, Monero and Zcash. Lets see what happens. |

Yes i also agree with that, ethereum price today is on fire because there are a lot of people who are interested on investing in it and it does really have the potential to surpass the value of bitcoins in the future when investors turn's its focus on it. |

If you were down 56%, then why did you sold your coins? You should have waited for a few months, or even a few years until the prices go up again. This is the most important thing you need to remember while investing in crypto. You can't expect BTC to make you a millionaire overnight. You need to have patience. |

I think this is a good opportunity for us to buy Bitcoin or Ethereum. The more people buy, the price of the two coins will surely rise again slowly. I believe this is only temporary and by the end of 2018, this price will increase again. Maybe we should all give more trust to Bitcoin and Ethereum. |
