I also think that the ethereum will overcome bitcoin because bitcoin is lacking of features so the people who want to invest their money in cryptocurrencies will choose ethereum over bitcoin because ethereum got more features and because of the congested network of bitcoin it decreases interest and that is why ethereum is having a higher chance for surviving in the next few years.
That's a good analysis mate because Ethereum is already prepared in terms of infrastructure and technology, every short coming of bitcoin, are being studied and corrected by etherium. That’s why time will come Ethereum will surpass bitcoin. |

Market cap of ETH is secondly of crypto market so there are many investors who are believing that ETH is going to be the next big thing.
Indeed, If we look at the technology then ETH is better than Bitcoin, transaction is faster, ETH have smart contract which will be applied in many field of the life.
But the price of Ethereum is hard to reach to the price of Bitcoin because circulating supply is too much more 98 milloins and still increase up).

Ethereum is next to BTC?
Many people think so, and for the longest time, people think that Ethereum is the second-best coin next to Bitcoin. Although some other coins may have a better value like Bitcoin Gold or a better movement rate like other altcoins, many people have come to see and know the reliability of Ethereum and the path it took leading to its status now. People really see it as a good alternative investment, especially when Bitcoin is not doing good couple with other altcoins. So, it can really be considered as a good investment. |

I see a great potential from ethereum coins since the price of eth has already reached to $1k dollar last month and if bitcoins might really surpass the price of $50k dollar before this year ends then there's a huge chance that ethereum might just reach $5k so keep on holding your coins. |

I see a great potential from ethereum coins since the price of eth has already reached to $1k dollar last month and if bitcoins might really surpass the price of $50k dollar before this year ends then there's a huge chance that ethereum might just reach $5k so keep on holding your coins. eth does have enormous potential to compete with bitcoin. but in the price issue, I do not think eth will compete with bitcoin, because bitcoin has a very high price for now. but in terms of functionality, I think eth is superior, because the price is affordable. |

I think ethereum earns it's titles as next to bitcoin because it's advantages and it's market cap. Ethereum may be able to compete to bitcoin but ethereum can't replace bitcoin and stay it's track like bitcoin. ETH is no doubt one of the best coin in the entire crypto market and that it is gaining the attention of so many investors especially the ones who are interested in either day trading or short-term investment of money. We can’t deny the worth of bitcoin and that ETH is not that much good that it can compete with bitcoin in any way and that bitcoin is the best coin amongst all other coins. |

There is no doubt. Definitely bitcoins are the first curtcurrency and all such altcoins just came after them. There are hundreds and even more altcoins in international market right now but only ETH have that nerve to come forward. Bitcoins are absolutely the king of this world. They are going with amazing fame and popularity that can never be surpassed by ETH who are just newcomers. |

Of course because ethereum have potential like bitcoin we just need to fix about the transaction because when ethereum goes up the price sometimes the transaction of eth is going badly. But for me eth is the next to bitcoin maybe not now but in the future. |
