so? you're still trying to sell open source software...
No, I am selling modified open source software which is legal in my country.

Yep, according to the copy protection cgminer is listed under, you are correct.
https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer/blob/master/COPYING

HOWEVER, as per the copy protection:
Quote
For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
gratis or for a fee, you must pass on to the recipients the same
freedoms that you received. You must make sure that they, too, receive
or can get the source code.
And you must show them these terms so they
know their rights.

I highly doubt you're upholding the copy protection, just hiding behind it.

quark price is relatively stable really compared to other coins, also the block reward halves again very soon so let's see what happens to the price then.

I really hate people that try to profit on open source code. Just change your username to "microsoft" and get it over with

?? This is a dumb statement. Depending on the license, you can profit all you want off open source software, you simply have to provide the source with whoever you sell it to. There's a lotta linux companies out there who would be out of business pretty quick if you couldn't profit from OSS.

Rumbitla apparently posted their account info, and a mod got ahold of it and changed the password, so this should be the last of rumbitla.
