I've done the analysis including reading WP, looking at the team and reading the roadmap and all look good and great.
Maybe it's a matter of achievement and target, dev is too ambitious.
meaning the project must be reasonable and not greedy. it's important to see a great team.

Depends on projects. The last one I was doing research on is KickCity. I talked to several people from their team and yeah, feel more confident about them. Participating in their airdrop now. But it is not always like that even with very good projects. So I can't agree that it is a factor revealing good iCOs

Currently, Bounty campaign of ICOs has a lot of to offer but very few potential projects. i found a ICO i think it very potential because

Do you really think that someone will give you an ICO, which is really good and promising, that you can write an article about it, that they have good signature campaign? Yes, if you only trying to invest, maybe someone would help you, but i am not quite sureBetter start looking for answers on your own, which are good, which are not. Few times you will fall, but you will learn.

It says it's a hyperspeed p2p internet platform that will decentralize the entire interent using a new web browser and an operating system technology. I really want to invest on this project but I have no where to go to ask for advice
