Bitcoin is a digital currency that can be used as an investment. In addition to the countries attached above, there are also other countries that banned bitcoin. We can not know the sequel, because it is dynamic. Government regulations in each country may change at a time. Countries such as Bolivia, Nepal and Kyrgyzstan have logical reasons why they banned bitcoin. One of them is due to money laundering.
Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

No one cares about the countries that banned it , because it is not important at all.

Tell me, has anything  changed once that X country banned bitcoin? of course not. The only one that was meant to be serious, was the Chinese ban, but it is quite old.

Well, these are not the leading countries in the field of economy, technology and development. I am not surprised that they made such decisions with regard to cryptocurrencies.

1. Nigeria, since 17 January 2017.
2. China, since January 8, 2017. Reason: will issue its own digital currency
3. Colombia, since 31 December 2016. Reason: worry of cryptocurrency fraud
4. Taiwan, since November 3, 2015. Reason: bitcoin hacking
5. Ecuador, since March 24, 2015. Reason: will issue its own currency.
that's the list of 5 countries that ban bitcoin

The money laundering that many countries mention when they are looking for reasons to ban the bitcoin is not the only one that bothers the government. I am sure it has more claims than just the one mentioned before.

All return to the using of bitcoin over time, whether it will be more memorable on the positive side or vice versa. Technologies associated with bitcoin is indeed worthy if get good adoption, but if the government remains stubborn on certain concerns because of a large number of negative smelling activities., it's impossible if bitcoin will be well received until it is supported until it can advance the country.

There are countries in which Bitcoin and other digital currencies are supported by the government, as a way to attract finteha and other innovations to the country. In most countries, the regulation of citizens' relations with digital currencies is entrusted to the Central Banks, which are most often limited to issuing a warning about the riskiness of such transactions. And there are ten countries in which the digital currency turnover Bitcoin is officially banned. the latter category includes countries such as Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, India, Thailand and others.

Bitcoin was created by 2009 and have gained more popularity even though it had gained popularity it is considered illegal to some of the countries. In Morocco sending and receiving  digital currency is punishable by giving penalty. Same case is also in Bolivia there also it is illegal. In Ecuador also Bitcoin is not allowed since they have their own digital currency. China also has banned Bitcoin previous year ,Nepal also considers Bitcoin as illegal how ever the laws and regulations about Bitcoin will change.

everyone has the right to hold their money in their wallets this is where bitcoin teaches the independence of someone to save their own money can even make a bank for someone else, so how can it be acted as a criminal even bitcoin it's just a tool and people who use bitcoin for crime activities is not a problem but if they only use for good things it is very regrettable if arrested

Some countries have banned bitcoin because it is private and not regulated by any government. Many governments believe that it can be used for money laundering.
Counties that have banned bitcoin are:1.   Bolivia 2.   Ecuador 3.   Bangladesh 4.   Nepal 5.   Kyrgyzstan

Because of fear, ignorance or protectionism, many governments tend to pass laws without understanding and to prohibit things that they consider to be a threat. And although they can not prohibit a blockage, they have every chance to prevent citizens from accessing this technology. as far as I know, these countries are Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan and Nepal.

The authorities definetly can have enough power to ban the bitcoin or even cryptocurrencies if they want but there is no way to ban it completely because people will still be trying to trade or invest secretly.

Countries that banned bitcoins are mostly underdeveloped and rare people are concerned about this. Developed countries like the US, Japan, ... all use bitcoin as a completely new tool. They use bitcoin to pay for services and business or investment like forex market before. Bitcoin was born to help the cryptocurrency market grow. And I think the future of banned bitcoins will soon be using bitcoins in the near future to integrate and grow.

I think those five countries who banned bitcoin cannot prevent people from using it.Bitcoin is completely anonymous when used.Countries with closed minded will indeed do that but definitely if you are open minded they will grab bitcoin to operate in their places.

They will regret this decision! ))) I don't want to say anything bad but this is unwise from their side to ignore the future. It is impossible not to move further as bitcoin is our future. It has a lot of advantages that everyone will notice soon

COUNTRIES THAT BANNED BITCOIN

Before we start to our topic this I want to tell that some of you might know about this but I just wanna share this to those who are not.

Several people believe that bitcoin was a blessing and it was an opportunity
for everyone but not everyone shares the sentiment. From central banks and other finance company, Bitcoin's list of detractors runs for a very long time and gone so deep. But most of the government around the world seeks for the regulation of bitcoin.

Be due to fear, ignorance and protectionism, governments have a tendency to legislate against perceived threats.Countries such as japan protects its citizens to have free trade of the digital currency. But unfortunately not all countries embracing the change of our technology. In some cases citizens have had their assets seized, accounts got frozen and have been locked up, Government can't stop the blockchain from propagating, but they can stop their people in having access to it.

STOP THE BITCOIN!!

Like banning drugs, alcohol and other stuffs banning bitcoin sounds nonsensical and unforceable. That's the exact case in five countries:

1.Bangladesh
2.Bolivia
3.Ecuador
4.Kyrgyzstan
5.Nepal

It was recently reported in https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-illegal-in-nepal-police-arrest-seven-individuals-for-trading-operations/
that there were dozens of bitcoin and crypto enthusiasts get imprison seemingly guilty of little more than operating a small-scale bitcoin exchange.

Meanwhile Ecuador has outlawed bitcoin, nit because they opposed this crypto but because they want to regulate and control it and tether it with the Ecuadorian dollar. An Electronic money designed to operate ad support monetary scheme dollarization.Completing the naughty list of countries that have banned bitcoin is Kyrgyzstan, a tiny landlocked state in Central Asia,
And Bangladesh banned bitcoin, it was 2014 where Bangladesh bank stated that anyone that will be caught using such online currency could be jailed mostly because it's about "MONEY LAUNDERING".

this was already an old news for updated list

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory

so what do you think? will your country will ban the use of bitcoin?
do you know other countries that ban the bitcoins?
Please share it and tell to everyone Smiley

There so many Country's that bitcoin is illegal
Bolivia
Equador
Bangladesh
Nepal
Cambodia
Kyrgyzstan
Algeria
Vietnam-legal to trade and hold but illegal as payment tool.
