How about anonymix.io? Is it legit or scam?? Anyone test this mixer?
Where did you find them? They look pretty sketchy if not a scam to me. (Mostly perhaps because i've never heard of them before.) - low res pictures, - misuse of anonymous affiliation ?, - no bech32 support I don't know..

I used metasearch engine and got this mixer in front of my eyes. Maybe someone here use this mixer before. I don’t know maybe I try to send a minimum amount of BTC and then see what I got. This whole BTC tumbling services looks shady. Considering to use Monero instead.

Even then, they could "mix" coins of smaller amounts and whenever you "deposit" a larger amount they manually stop your transaction and selectively scam you out of your bitcoin. I'd take care. This whole BTC tumbling services looks shady. Considering to use Monero instead. Sure. That's what this thread is for. To weed out the shady services. Note that if you're going to use Monero; you probably need to convert it back to Bitcoin for most payments. There are very few services who actually let you do so, anoymously. Almost all will log certain data, if not ask for your KYC information.

How about anonymix.io? Is it legit or scam?? Anyone test this mixer?
I didn't know this one, it seems too recent. I mean, the domain name has been created in February but I think it really started to work in August only. I struggled to even find the site on the SERP, I had to use a G command like 'site:domainname.tld' to find it. I found a blog post on the web (cryptalker.com/anonymix) but I rarely believe what blog posts say when they talk about mixers. The date isn't displayed in the article but I know it property=article:published_time content=2019-08-27T09:13:03+00:00><meta property=article:modified_time content=2019-08-27T09:23:18+00:00><meta Wich make me again think that the service started last month only, so hard to say something about it. I will add it if the site is ok. Another fake site to be added on the list @LeGaulois: https://bitblender[dot]eu/ Added, thanks

Haven't try this one. But here is a review Anonymix Review – Alternative Bitcoin Mixer. Not endorsing it though, if you are willing to take the risk then go for it and you can probably give us some feedback.

Personally i would never encourage anybody to trust random reviews especially those involving Bitcoin mixers. There have been increased cases of Fake reviews having a list of fake or phishing bitcoin mixers so members should look out: Here is an example of such scam review site; https://bestbitcoinmixers.com/

Saw your trust feedback and it doesn't give your would-be users any confidence, For what reasons do you think Sudoku wallet should be trusted and not be considered as a suspicious/scammy wallet instead?

I believe the list aggregates every mixer announced in the forum, without making any review of it. Just simply listing it, since it's hard to hear about every single mixer on the forum. People are then free to do their own research about the mixers on the list (as they should). And whenever a mixer gets accused of being a scam, people can report it so the mixer goes from the main list to the "scam mixers". I (and probably LeGaulois) never expected people to just blindly use any of these mixers without - at least - some basic Googling.

Yes I do, before listing a site I use a search engine to see what is said. But it's up to the person to make the due diligence too. I'm not a baby sitter and I can't test each mixer every week to check if it's still working I posted a list, not reviews/suggestions, otherwise the list would be empty with only 2-3 services perhaps. I wanted to stay neutral. Also scammers usually mix bitcoins correctly at the begining, to attract people, but once more people come (more bitcoins) they decide to scam and leave. As a community, everyone can contribute in this topic to help others, and that's what you did when you posted.

... bitmaximum, last I checked, was back online and apparently even offering crypto exchange services. I used them (for mixing) in the past with excellent results (a little pricey though). They are still only using their TOR service: bitmaximumgnmsaf.onionIt looks like they will soon offer some kind of "Virgin Coins" or nearly so, directly from (some of the) miners. It looks like it will be expensive (15% or so, and you have to take the whole block. If anyone is brave enough to try one or more of their services, please let us know! Virgin (of course) coins are straight from the miners (or perhaps via a bitmaximum address, I don't know) are of value to some people for privacy reasons. * * * Are there any other services (mixers, etc.) that offer virgin BTC?

You mean any other services that claims to offer virgin BTC? I don't think so. And I hardly doubt they really do that. But that's just my opinion. People are obviously always free to pay 15% fee on whatever they want. Btw, I just went to the URL you posted above and that's all it says: Private mode The project works in private mode. For cooperation proposals, please use the old contacts.

I went to their .onion a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to work (it loaded) OK (TOR). I just looked around, and saw the new exchange service and pretty much the same mixing service as before.
Not an expert nor programmer! Self-taught (none of my friends know much about BTC).
When I tried their old ".io" I did get a note that that link no longer works.
Other than the above remarks, I can offer no explanations. Nor do I have any old contact info.
* * *
Nor can I comment either on their claim to offer virgin BTC. Maybe they (will) have a deal with one of the Russian miners popping up all over Siberia?

There is Velvet.market selling virgin bitcoins, but as @TryNinja said: Theses services only "claim". Bestmixer did it too, but in reality, the BTCs weren't virgins. The demand is increasing more and more so the supply also increases but I believe it will fade if a day we see Schnoor and Taproot. Paying a premium price isn't a problem, even with 30%, but better to buy bitcoins directly from a miner.
