Anyone tried https://[banned mixer]/ lately? Is it still reliable. Thought about using them.
Thanks for any insights. Cheers!
They haven't had any major problems lately except in March where there was a complaint by one of the users who had about 81 BTC stuck in there but the issue was resolved without further complications Check their ANN thread and read through the feedback left by different users before you finally decide whether to use them or not.

Cryptomixer use common way of mixing coins, if you want more secure and privacy, chipmixer would be your choice though you can use both, make sure you access a correct website. I recommend use their tor links instead of their clearnet site. It is really more anonymous than the other mixer which uses a common way of mixing coins? LoyceV made a list of all BTC-Addresses with a balance and he filtered the list by the specific sizes of chipmixer chips (1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and so on). Isn't that another piece of the puzzle to deanonymize someone? I can think of several other uses: I thought of another use: what if you wanted to know how many addresses might be ChipMixer chips? They have specific sizes of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096 or 8192 m BTC. A quick search (using yesterday's address list) shows: 1 m BTC: 266408 addresses 2 m BTC: 66301 addresses 4 m BTC: 30343 addresses 8 m BTC: 15695 addresses 16 m BTC: 8290 addresses 32 m BTC: 3894 addresses 64 m BTC: 1797 addresses 128 m BTC: 1167 addresses 256 m BTC: 595 addresses 512 m BTC: 259 addresses 1024 m BTC: 442 addresses 2048 m BTC: 120 addresses 4096 m BTC: 139 addresses 8192 m BTC: 59 addresses

I'm not sure how to use Chipmixer, should not be that difficult though. More used to ones like Cryptomixer. My transactions are quite small compared to many. I also use 2 VPN's and new wallets for each transaction, after wallet is used it's deleted. How is using VPN affecting security? EDIT: Thanks ofc to all contributions regarding safety/other info !!!

Not sure I understood what is what lol---
ChipMixer allowes certain amount to be mixed like said above; 1,2,4,8.... mBTC which allows you to filter the probable ChipMixer users by getting all the addresses containing the same amount of input. I'm not sure how to use Chipmixer, should not be that difficult though. Visit- https://chipmixer.com/faq, I guess this will help you understanding how ChipMixer works. How is using VPN affecting security?
Use TOR browser and onion address- http://chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion/That's enough for being secured from tracking data by the website which is unlikely though.

How is Chipmixer splitting BTC chips? For deposit 0.006 BTC (small transaction).
What does that get me in chips, chips can then be merged (possibility) if I understood FAQ correctly?

Sending 0.006 BTC, you will receive two chips: 1 x 0.002 BTC and 1 x 0.004 BTC (there is no 0.006 BTC chip). If you send an extra 0.002 BTC, you can get another chip of 0.002 BTC and merge the three of them for a single one of 0.008 BTC.

@foolazz22
I don't know what updates I'm supposed to post. Usually, the names and fees are always the same and there is nothing to change. To be honest I just visit the link once per month, watch their ANN thread and make use of google alert.
I admit sometimes I bookmark a new service to add and then forgot but soon or later they send me a PM to be added in the list or members add it in a post here, like above
@coupable updated, thank you

I just used sbqaxe6dwiydetyr.onion for the first time after my deposit got confirmed i tried to send a payment, but every time when i try to do it i get a blank page. on the network requests i see it returns status code 500. I left their support a message, but did anyone encounter this issue? Is there a TOR configuration i can use to fix this issue?

If you took enough time and did a simple search before using that link, you had surely come accross this thread and see that the link you used is for a scam mixer. Check the first comment right after op: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.msg29058223#msg29058223Use ctrl+f to search the link Sorry for your loss money, you will not be able to get it back. Next time, use one of the mixers mentioned in op list and preferly DYOR before .

It does...? The one you used is right under the "Scam Bitcoin Mixers to avoid/closed" list. The ones who are not a scam have this format: ⭐Name: ChipMixer🔹Clearnet link: https://chipmixer.com🔹Tor link: chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion 🔹Bitcointalk thread link: Here🔹Fees: PWYW (Pay what you want) 🔹Minimum amount: 0.001 Take a look at the whole OP, from the start.

What kind of updates you are looking for? If you noticed any info to be added or removed, easy to ask op to do so. OP was recently updated last month . Sorry for delay. No, I was just thinking if there has been any new "players" in town worth looking for. Nothing special. The list is OK for info.

It's better sticking with the old players I have seen about a half a dozen new "players" but most have ended up exit scamming in a space of less than a year because most have no reputation they have built at all, so exit scamming is an easy road from them as soon as they receive a huge amount of BTC from a victim. If a new player is appears, it better to wait for a long time until their reputation grows to an extent where chances of exit scamming are so low

It's better sticking with the old players It's good to mix the mixers sometimes that's why. I have seen about a half a dozen new "players" but most have ended up exit scamming in a space of less than a year because most have no reputation they have built at all, so exit scamming is an easy road from them as soon as they receive a huge amount of BTC from a victim.
If a new player is appears, it better to wait for a long time until their reputation grows to an extent where chances of exit scamming are so low If we need to wait "a long time" before using a mixer, before its reputation is done, then not any mixer could sustain and couldn't progress anyway. All mixers start with zero reputation, including Chipmixer. The service started from scratch. It's just some are smarter than others when marketing their site (and advertising on bitcointalk is not necessary the 1st place to market a service) This is also why a lot close their service: low traffic, low activity, so low revenue and then decide to scam (not all do that by the way) More Bitcoin mixers we have, better it is for everybody, for Bitcoin and some niches too. All desnerve a chance to prove that they can be reliable.

MyCryptoMixer.com has an active scam accusation, I guess at least remove the site on the list temporarily until resolve or completely move to scam mixer list.

@bL4nkcode Thxs. I will remove it (and re-add it if it's resolved) but I believe they have a technical difficulty. From what I saw this afternoon it has to do with their server. If it's not resolved then the website will go offline next week. Considering the effort/resources that have been spent to promote their service I find it weird to disappear after a few months of operating. @darktor There are already 2 topic/post with such a list, I don't think there is a need for a third, nor to make another one in every forum section
