Lack of financial education is my big problem when I was in college ,but I was determined to finish it I try other part time  job just to finish my studies and now I am working in crypto. My knowledge for being a bachelor's graduate help me to understand cryptocurrency and gain more ideas about it.But when we want to achieve our dreams graduate or not atleast we are determined to reach our goals.
The lack of financial education can be a huge barrier especially when we have to deal with the currency related business. Having knowledge about the cryptocurrency and then investing in it will be leading us towards much more benefit than just blindly investing having no prior knowledge about crytocurriencies. Education broadens up our mind no matter what field we are in, in finance education we will be exploring new ideas and techniques that will ultimately be helping us in our business.

Financial education makes a real difference by equipping young people students and non-students alike with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to make financial decisions. What is more, financial education must go far beyond APRs and exchange rates. We need tomorrow's generation of young consumers to be able to make critical purchasing decisions, weigh up risk and reward, and understand how personal finances affect other areas of their lives. These are skills all young people need to possess in order maximise their life opportunities

The lack of financial education in general is a worrying problem. We teach students about literature, maths, science, ... and we tell them that those are the things they need to know in life. Yet usually, the largest single expense they will have on their lives is a house, and that normally comes with a mortgage. Yet, only a few schools will tell them what should they be expecting, the risks and the consequences of such a contract.

Bitcoin and alts is another case in which people are carefully kept in ignorance by the governments and lobbies.

What can we do to make more people interested in economy and finance and to better educate the youth so that they don´t get ripped-off?
there are certain courses that teach youth about financial. we cannot oblige the government to teach bitcoins or any crypto because we all know that not all country support or adopting bitcoins. personally i can say that learning about these begin in ourself. honestly on my own i learn about these things thru internet. and to your questions "What can we do to make more people interested in economy and finance and to better educate the youth so that they don´t get ripped-off?" lets just say create a video that the youth will catch their attentions. we cannot force them
I know how you feel, but we are just talking about financial education not bitcoin education. Even though we are lacking finacnial education we just need to be strategic. It is possible that the government to teach bitcoin but it depends on wich country you from. Like china the government ban some activities from bitcoin but now their government is encouraging the people from china to make their own blockchain.

The only thing that we can do is try to educate people. I always find it sad when you're talking to someone who thinks they're good with money then you figure out that they have a maxed out credit card, they stretched their mortgage out as long as they could.. I mean, wtf? They're going to be in debt the rest of their lives, which we end up being debt-free from crypto. This whole notion of young people having to have debt because that's just the way the world works is completely stupid. No society should be so broken that someone has billions of dollars that was earned by their great great great grandpa so they don't need to work, yet someone with a good education and actually contributes to society gets screwed over. There are so many young people not working in their field of expertise because they couldn't find a job. What did education help them with?

Financial education at schools must be implemented early, so that the younger generation can understand how difficult to earn income later. So by having the capital of financial knowledge and business background that may be easy to develop. So the younger generation can be expected for future goals.

I think they should educate themselves because the amount of resources is very abundant. There are many ways to learn in this age, the internet is here to help us. I also think that financial education should be added in the curriculum of students because compared to other subjects this is very essential in their future.

All of Us here on earth need to educated in financial case. Even basic types.  And being educated in such thing made Us knowledegeable and can be able to decide in a right way. Just like spending our money and investing it we need to educate ourself before we enter in such business.

Yes you're right, mate. It is really good if all of us will be educated about how to manage our money because without financial education, we cannot have much ideas about managing our money to grow like for example, making business or investing it in different companies that will gain more money. We need to hear about managing our money responsibly in a way that we can benefit and have more and more profit.

Well, the best thing today is the internet. Don’t expect the solution to come from the Government, as those subjects are not on the agenda.

I think the best if you have kids is to motivate their curiosity and critical thinking.

If we say it is not the responsibility of the government or it is not in there agenda and therefore , no point including it - I think that is not the best way to go. The government has a role to play in the financial independence of her citizen and I see some government have realized this and are including economically inclined subjects to the curriculum like, agricultural subjects and farming practicals.

Then the family has its own role to play by training the child on how to be prudent in spending and to scale their preferences.

It really is a problem in our country that most of the people lack financial intelligence, people don't know how to use ther money in a smart way where they can earn more and not just spend and spend, also the minds of the people are corrupted and limited in a way that they will work as an empolyee just to earn money. Even if you have a good amount of salary it will all be gone if not used wisely. It is important that people to have financial education so they will be educated to use their money for investment. Also as a bitcoiner we are responsible to share this good opportunity to others

For the students to gain more financial education is by themselves since school and the government would not pay attention to it since it would or might give them a problem such as changing the course outline etc. Students should unlock or have the desire to earn more which could might lead them inti buying books about it. Which in my experience is very effective. They should find their own way to learn more about it faster since time is very important and we students have been taken much time where we could have learn more about financial education.

We cannot really become successful here if we don't allow people to know bitcoin as well, we should put in our mind that we have to encouraged people to do business here by making a possible investment as we know the more demands the higher the price of bitcoin will be especially that the supply of bitcoin is just fix.

Today, too many students are getting away with not being immersed in economic courses. In fact, statistics show that it’s getting worse. Fewer schools are requiring a course in economics in order to graduate. It’s evident that students do not know how to handle their finances when they are finally on their own. Nearly half of college students do not manage their personal finances, and do not save money each month. But where does it go? college students cite food as their biggest expense. Alcohol and drugs come in second at. This begs the question - why are schools not emphasizing the importance of financial literacy? What are ways that we can better prepare students upon graduation? Is this the school’s responsibility, or the parents

What can we do to make more people interested in economy and finance and to better educate the youth so that they don´t get ripped-off?

We should motivate them by first discussing what being successful means. Being successful doesn't only mean having high grades in school, finishing your college degree, or working and having a salary. Being successful also means being rich and how you can manage your money well. Not all people who get college degree can handle their money well. We should teach the youth how managing money is important to the real world outside of their schools. They will apply it into real life more than what they learned in math or science.

Its still depends on a person's perspective in life. People learn from.their experiece. Maybe financial education is also important because we are using all financial aspect in our life but as people also have their talent in doing financial analytics through their wit. They are smart enough on how they will use their money because afterall they have to do it in the right way all else they will left nothing. Its people decision whether they will want to be gain more knowledge through study or through the usual way.

The lack of financial  education well that is the cause of poverty and lack of self steam and self confidence through gaining financial support. And it depends upon them how they use their knowledge of creativity to earn money.

They are just lacking of the motivation to get some knowledge about their financial because they think that they are too young to mind the financial things in life because they always think that the money is unlimited and can be earned and that is their mindset that gave them negative results about financial education and they need to work with it and change their financial mindset by reading some books and attending some seminar.
