This project stinks of scam. They did not protect against instamine and first 360 blocks or so were instamined. They did not give pool operators wallets in advance so that they could start fair mining for everybody at the 1st block. They took the code from Dash but did not credit its developers for the efforts. It is easier to sed Dash for Argo than to actually add your copyright without touching dash copyright. In russian discord channel i wrote that it is not fine at all to used dash code and remove the original copyright- i was banned almost instant. So this looks like a russian scam, sorry. And yes- judging by the difficulty on the start it is ridden with baikal asics=)

Definitely a rushed thing, with unofficial premine. Seems just another try at extracting some money from masternode wannabees. Stay away.

and my 7x1080Ti Rig gives:  6500 Mh /s

My OC settings +50 Mh Core, -300Mh Memory.

Errr... My rig 1x1070ti, 4x1080,1x1080ti is reporting 2.76GHs at the rig

Starting from block 1440 40% of each block go to MN meaning the PoW reward is 60 Argo which is about right. Next MN increase and PoW decrease would be from block 64k a bit earlier as you mentioned.

Yes it´s because the MN rewards did kick in and reduce the mining reward
