possibly bitcoins can be used in medical industries by upgrading their medical equipments and as a result, hospitals was able to attend all the surgeries needed and can treat various diseases.Upgrading means innovation that makes our lives more efficient. No more lines over the counter. No more lines in medicine sections and imagine a hassle free and accommodating hospitals in your city or town.

So far, there are no opportunities for this. Perhaps in ten years it will be possible. But this requires a lot more to do.

From the hospital's perspective, it would help them to facilitate treatment if they accepted bitcoin. And it would prevent losses if they admit someone into emergency who has no money other than bitcoin. Think about it: a man comes in, near death, so they admit him and treat him. Then when payment time comes, he has no cash money, no credit card, no bank, nothing. It's not impossible, a lot of people live like this.

So he says the only way he can pay them is bitcoin. What are they going to do? Turn him out on the street and say thanks for visiting? Accepting bitcoin is just one more way they can make sure they get paid for their services, and it can avoid the ethical problems of not dealing with emergency patients.

BTC as a payment is not a bad idea. Because if you earn from cryptocurrency, you don't have to withdraw money anymore in order to make less hassle transactions in hospitals. Even in games, they currently accept bitcoin as a form of payment, particularly in csgo.

I have seen ew projects trying to integrate blockchain into medicine. One project considering medical data collection and storage. Once they have come to see the need for such integration, it wouldnt be surprising to see hospitals accepting Btc some day.

it may be possible along with the future and technology in the future. but I am a bit wondering what would happen if payments use bitcoin in an emergency and we have to wait for slow bitcoin confirmation. is this efficient?

It could be happen in the future if this technology will arrange properly. It could be more applicable also in laboratory and emergency situation.

Of course it will become possible. Immediately after the crypto currency is legalized in all countries, we can pay it anywhere (in hospitals, too).

Is it possible someday that Medical Hospitals accept BTC as a payment for Hospital bills and other fees??

Cryptocurrencies are becoming increasingly accepted as a means of exchange for a variety of goods and services. The real estate industry has already seen brokers begin to accept Bitcoin as a form of payment, so it should not be surprising to see cryptocurrencies penetrate the healthcare service market. The convenience of transparent payments, coupled with the efficiency of the transaction is what the service providers are looking for — from the medical institutions themselves to their patients.
  — The Virtual Doctor Project in Zambia works with patients living in remote African areas, making it ideal for the patient to make online payments in the form of cryptocurrency. Additionally, some online pharmaceutical services selling medicine have begun to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. Medical tourism is yet another promising area for using cryptocurrency as a means of payment. Even now, many patients who travel abroad for organ transplants, cancer treatment etc., prefer to pay using cryptocurrency.

Healthcare system has so far been using conventional data management and communication methods, provided by a handful of vendors. The use of blockchain technology in healthcare is being mulled upon for a while now. The digital currency technology, with its features like immutability, security, and privacy makes it an ideal candidate to safeguard confidential information. Other potential applications of the distributed ledger technology in health industry include supply chain validation and revenue cycle management.

I think this will be possible when bitcoin will be legalised as a central currency world wide as we all know that bitcoin is coming into the people conversations because it is going very popular and there are even more countries who has legalised it and there are many places in the world who has legalised crypto currency transactions in many places in the world and if everything go right then it will be get legalised world wide and then obviously medical field will also accept bitcoin then.

It will really be great if the medical fields too will start accepting BTC. I have seen threads on this forum where schools have started accepting it too for tuition. So, maybe the hospitals too will.

Bitcoin has gone far, so if I ask maybe 'yes'. Certainly in the next few years or later bitcoin is also available to hospitals especially for the payment because this is the easiest way and you do not even have to go to banks to withdraw. So it's a great potential to happen later on.

It will be a very right idea if the medical industry will consider accepting Bitcoin in their services. This will help to expand its usage and also bring in more investment into the cryptocurrency industry as it will give people a confidence boost.

This can happen. Bitcoin billing is expanding and it will not be too surprising if the hospital accepts bitcoin payments. It is like schools accepting tuition payments by bitcoin. Patients can use bitcoin and pay for hospital fees
