There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Use the paper wallet or  HW wallet. In the future, the hackers attacks will be more wicked than today. So use 2FA secure codes on every site where you share your personal data and cryptos.

How to Secure Bitcoins?

It is easy to answer simply not to trust others even if they are your friends because you can't say if your friend is true. Just like what other said Use the paper wallet or  HW wallet to secure your bitcoin. Others opinion is right that by putting your bitcoin in wallet it makes strong severity lock  so that no one can stole or Robb it.

how to secure a bitcoin wallet? One way I will explain is to make a bitcoin wallet.

Before we learn how to secure a bitcoin wallet, let's discuss a bit about what is meant by the bitcoin wallet itself.

Bitcoin is stored in an account called the Bitcoin Wallet (Bitcoin Wallet). Any company Bitcoin wallet can be used to store bitcoins and you can download them for free on the Google Play Store or Apple Store. I recommend looking for an app that has the highest number of downloads and the highest review stars.

The most important thing you should do to secure your wallet is to backup your private key. When you create a Bitcoin wallet, you will automatically have a public key and private key. The public key is a series of letters and numbers that you can imagine as a bank account number.

So long as you still have a private key, your bitcoin is safe.

Back up your entire bitcoin purse early and often. In case of computer failure, do regular backups as it may be the only way to recover the currency in our digital wallet and it is definitely very safe. Smiley

How to Secure Bitcoins?
the preventive steps to be taken to protect bitcoin is to make sure the account password is always logged out,
and keep your account confidential and not share it with others. The information I get is by using google authenticator.

connect the Bitcoin wallet with Metamask, 2FA, Sms and email and let it always life is also valid for all wallets if available,
and I also hear if want to be very safe use Offline wallet like trezor...

Once you buy/invested on it, save your account's information somewhere not connected to the internet like email, social media messaging services, and even on a PC connected online because it might be hit by a ransomware. Keep it on a more secure place like hard wallet and make yourself more vigilant too.

How to Secure Bitcoins?

Choose a good wallet and keep your wallet information safe. I think that's the best advice anyone would say and give you. Now as for the types of wallets, and the types of wallet storage you would use, there are so many different ones that have their pros and cons, and that should chosen by none other you. However, make sure that you keep your wallet address safe; many people usually put it in storage that is not connected to the internet so that it would be susceptible to hacking. Also, make sure to not put everything in one wallet.

Use hardwallet? so that phishing attacks wobnt be a problem? use anti virus and anti malware softwares, plus metamask extension to protect your browsers from getting suspicous links or any infected files.I have been using these hardwallets from the start  thats why it wont be too hard to the new users as it has extra security features.

The offline mode of securing bitcoins is called cold storage. Cold storage wallets are not connected to the Internet and are thus less susceptible to hacking. Since accessing a cold storage wallet can be inconvenient, it’s best to split the bitcoins you own. Keep a small amount of bitcoins in an online digital wallet for daily trading needs and keep the rest in cold storage. Cold storage takes the private keys in an offline mode, thus decreasing the chances of theft.

Encryption adds a layer of security to a particular folder, file, or message as it can only be unlocked by someone who knows the right key to it. Thus encryption simply means using a password for being able to access the Bitcoin wallet. In cases where a desktop, mobile, or hardware wallet is used, encryption is even more important to protect from online rogues. Not only should the password be strong with the use of capital letters, numbers, and special characters, but it should either be memorized or kept at a very safe spot since the password recovery mechanism is very weak in the case of Bitcoin.
