I always think about poor people and the suffering they have to bare everyday and for the rest of there life which makes me afraid and motivates me to do something

I think seeing the task as hardwork complicates it and make you wanna procrastinate but seeing it as none just makes you get to work ASAP.

Work can be really tiresome at times. And there's this general law of life that one will not always be in an excited mood. Personally, a reminder of the reward at hand keeps me motivated. This is why sometimes I will never embark on a task if I do not see a tangible reward at the end of it. The reward doesn't have to necessarily be material or physical. It can be some form of emotional fulfillment or mental satisfaction. So, I keep my gaze on whatever that reward may be after I have identified it. And this always get me through the task most of the time.
