The only thought that motivates me to work is "it pays me well", many things I can have with that payment which most of the people doesn't have. I guess this is enough to motivate me.

You need money to work Without money no one can advance You are right you need money to motivate yourself at work. Whatever the obstacles in life if there is enough money it is possible to deal with everything But it will always have to be positive.

I motivate myself by forcing myself to sit in front of a piece of work I need to complete. Once it's up I can start getting on with it, and sometimes can't stop!

Find something that interests you some kind of inspiration maybe a girl to be your future wife and carry your children something you can see in the future, or something you really love doing a hobby, for example, something you aimed or a goal to achieve in the future and make others proud of your future trophy achievement. That's it find something who can push you to your limit so you won't stay in your comfort zone forever.

Those are some good points. For me, keeping hydrated and active at least 1 hour a day keeps me focused in reaching deadlines and maintaining consistency in what I do.

Yes thinking of our family can motivate us to work harder in order to give them the best of eveything. Seeing my kids growing and I was able to give them their needs is an achievement, im striving for them to finish their studies and reach whatever they want to become in the future.

Mine is simple... ...MONEY!
Money makes me work harder like the better the pay, the harder I work.
And my production at work even intensifies the closer is the payday.
It's funny as how it motivates me, maybe because it runs in our blood were every family member is related to a business ownership.

Think about what you live for.
Many people in old age regret that they didn’t really live at all. They were constantly in a hurry somewhere, achieved something, bought something, a house, a car, etc. But they didn't have a feeling of fullness. And now, when there is very little time and energy left, they can hardly fix it anymore.
Just understand this, and you will not be stopped, you will live every moment, you will not complain about anything, because life is so short! Ask any old person, and everyone will answer you that. Therefore, life must be lived only happily.
And when you understand the transience and value of life, this will be the best motivation for you!
