I have fixed that by running what is it suggesting in the debug log. There is zelcashd.exe included, so I ran zelcashd -reindex. Once finished its thing, it worked.

If threre is no more dev fund (like from reward block)... it seems fair enough for me..

How is it fair? Someone launch another equihash coin with a huge premine and calling it devfund. Fair is when you have dev fund from block reward not 13m coins premined.

Zcash does have a 20% dev fee for the first 4 years of mining. When the block reward is halved then there will be no dev fee. The devs will be rewarded 2.1 million zcash. Which is 10% of the total supply that there will ever be.
