In your TUBE wallet.
You will be able to register for the card at block height 140k, which is in about 10 days (countdown: http://counter.tubeapps.io/countdown/index.php ). It will be probably explained better by then.
They will be issuing the cards in Q4 of this year.
You will not be able to use the 5000 tubes, unless you cancel the card, or they change the stak amount, because of the price.

This is most definitely a GEM. I love how it was launched. Allows real crypto people to get in now before it blows up. None of that stupid ICO hype and dump. Will allow the market to build organically like crypto markets should.
